Abstract: The present disclosure belongs to the technical field of agricultural high-efficiency water-saving irrigation, and relates to a magnetization control apparatus for preventing clogging of a drip irrigation system irrigator and a control method thereof. The method includes: pumping irrigation water from the water source project through the first water pump, passing through the drip irrigation head control hub, and entering the pool; pumping the irrigation water through the second water pump, flowing through the first copper valve, and entering the magnetized pipe; the irrigation water after treated by the magnetizer returning to the pool through the flow rate monitor and the first valve in turn; when water quality of the irrigation water meets water quality requirements entering the capillary pipes, turning off the second water pump and stopping the cyclic magnetization treatment; the third water pump turning on; pumping the irrigation water after the cyclic magnetization treatment from the pool through the third water pump, and filtering through the mesh filter, entering the branch pipe and the capillary pipes through the second valve again; and the irrigation water flowing from the irrigators for irrigation. The present disclosure effectively solves the clogging problem of the drip irrigation system irrigator, has the advantages of cleanliness and high-efficiency; improves crop yield and quality, has a simple operation mode, and is convenient for users to operate.

Abstract: A non-chemical sanitation system for a body of water comprises a floating base, an internal hydro-electric power generator, and one or more sanitizing mechanisms electrically powered by the hydro-electric power generator, where the hydro-electric power generator derives its energy from water pressure produced by a pool pump. In some embodiments, the one or more non-chemical sanitizing mechanisms comprise one or more ultraviolet LED lights. In some embodiments, the one or more non-chemical sanitizing mechanisms comprise one or more ionizers. In some embodiments, the system is connected to a filter pipe and filter of a pool and the hydro-electric power generator is placed within the path of water flowing to the pool filter in order to generate power and power the one or more sanitizing mechanisms.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is an atmospheric water generation system. The atmospheric water generation system may include a solar collector including a heat absorbing roof and an interior enclosure adjacent the heat absorbing roof. The heat absorbing roof may include a perforated dark panel that may be configured to allow ambient air into the interior enclosure. The system may further include a central tower extending upward from the solar collector such that heated air in the interior enclosure flows from the interior enclosure through the central tower creating an upward air flow stream in the central tower, a water-absorption unit disposed within the central tower and on a path of the air flow stream, in which the air flow stream may contact a water-absorbent liquid stream thereby generating a hydrated solution stream and a moisture-free air stream, and a membrane separation unit comprising a water-selective membrane that may receive the hydrated solution stream and generate a permeate stream including water and a retentate stream including water-absorbent liquid.

Abstract: Techniques for depleting target organisms in water include a waterproof transducer configured for ensonifying a container of water with low intensity sound at one or more ultrasound frequencies for a duration sufficient to prevent maturation of at least 90% of the target organism. In some cases the target organism is mosquito larvae. For example, a portable system for depleting target organisms in water includes a control system and a plurality of waterproof transducers. The system is configured for ensonifying a surface layer of water in an acoustic frequency range from about 40 kilohertz to about 100 kilohertz and in a power concentration range from about 35 milliwatts per milliliter to 100 milliwatts per milliliter for a duration in a range from about 1 to about 100 seconds.

Abstract: A bi-directional pump system that can be configured for a plurality of operating modes. The bi-directional pump system includes a plurality of bi-directional pumps each having their own valving system that are connected to a common high pressure manifold, a low pressure manifold and a suction manifold. Via the respective valve systems, each pump can be configured into: (1) a single-acting pumping mode; (2) a double-acting pumping mode; (3) an inactive free motion mode; and (4) an inactive rigid mode. One exemplary application of the bi-directional pump system is on an articulated wave energy conversion system that consists of three floating barges: a front barge, a center barge and a rear barge where the front barge and center barge are hingedly connected as are the center barge and the rear barge. A first set of the bi-directional pumps span the first hinge connection and the second set of bi-directional pumps span the second hinge connection. The bi-directional pump system intakes sea water and, using wave energy, outputs a high pressure flow of sea water for water desalination and/or for driving electrical generators.

Abstract: A portable power generation and water filtration unit includes a first pump system, a second pump system, a power system, and an enclosure for housing and support. The first pump system consists of an inlet, outlet, and pump unit that is capable of connecting and pumping water from a source to a destination such as a plumbing fixture. The second pump system also includes a filter system, reverse osmosis treatment unit, and alkaline treatment unit. In addition to pumping water, the second pump is used to create sanitized water which is safe and healthful for human use and consumption. In order to supply the necessary electricity for the pump systems, a solar panels and convert sunlight to energy for storage in batteries. The batteries are then electrically connected to pumps and other electrical components, allowing the apparatus to be used off the electrical grid.
