Abstract: A crimping terminal joined with an aluminum electric wire, in which when the crimping terminal is crimped to the wire, a conduct-purpose crimping portion and a wire-hold crimping portion are formed at a crimping portion of a wire barrel of the crimping terminal. The crimping portion of the wire barrel is formed so as a curvature thereof is projected upwardly in a direction of moving a crimping die and so as a crimp height increases and a compression ratio decreases towards an insulation barrel of the crimping terminal. The curvature is shaped to have a constant degree of curvature, and is shaped to form a quadratic curve as a result of strictly adjusting a crimping force.

Abstract: To eliminate an ambient temperature correcting sensor and further to improve the sensor response speed in a heat radiating type liquid level sensing system, a constant current pulse is periodically passed through a level sensor to heat it; level sensor voltages sampled at predetermined time intervals when the level sensor is being heated are divided by each initial sensor voltage to obtain sensor voltage ratios with respect to time; an approximate voltage is calculated on the basis of the the obtained ratios in accordance with an approximation equation; a liquid level is calculated and displayed on the basis of the calculated approximate sensor voltage. Further, it is preferable that the system is provided with an additional inclination correcting sensor or an acceleration sensor, in order to correct the inclined liquid level.

Abstract: An angular velocity sensor for detecting angular velocity by converting deflection caused by the coriolis force into an electrical signal. The sensor includes a vibratory member having at least three main surfaces including a first main surface having a driving transducer provided thereon, and second and third surfaces substantially perpendicular to the first main surface respectively, and being parallel to each other, the second and third main surfaces having detecting piezoelectric transducers, respectively. Additionally, support members are connected to the second and third main surfaces to respectively support vibration-steady points of the vibratory member. At least one longitudinal end portion of the vibratory member has a cross-section in such a manner that a length between the second and third main surfaces is shorter than a length of the first main surface. In this manner, the sensitivity of the angular velocity sensor is improved.
