Abstract: A microalgae culturing method by using a paper-based culture apparatus, includes: 1) designing the shape of a culture apparatus as a rectangle with circles distributed in its middle; 2) spraying and printing wax on a piece of filter paper; 3) heating such that the wax penetrates through the filter paper to obtain a paper culture apparatus, where a surface of the filter paper on which the wax is sprayed and printed is called a surface A while the other surface thereof is called a surface B; and 4) dropping a first agar aqueous solution onto the circles on the surface B of the paper culture apparatus obtained in the step 3), and dropping a second agar aqueous solution added with microalgae onto the surface A of the paper culture apparatus obtained in the step 3).

Abstract: A device for continuously producing hydrogen from polyester plastics by photocatalytic degradation is provided, including: a machine housing; a feeding mechanism provided at one side of the machine housing, a bottom of the feeding mechanism is in communication with a dissolving mechanism for transporting waste plastics to the dissolving mechanism; a dissolving mechanism provided inside the machine housing and configured for hydrolyzing the waste plastics into a solution containing small molecule monomers by means of a dissolving solution, the dissolving mechanism transports the solution to a photocatalytic reactor through a solution circulation pipeline; the solution circulation pipeline provided at the other side of the machine housing, two ends of the solution circulation pipeline are respectively connected to the dissolving mechanism and the photocatalytic reactor; the photocatalytic reactor provided above the dissolving mechanism and configured for degrading plastics in the solution to collect a reaction solution and hydrogen.

Abstract: The application discloses a method for preparing crude polysaccharides based on synergistic fermentation with corn stover and fungus, including the following steps: step (1): drying corn stover, pulverizing, placing in a hydrothermal reactor, adding deionized water, sealing the hydrothermal reactor, placing in a heating device, reacting, taking out reaction products, centrifuging and drying a solid; step (2): adding the products obtained in step (1) and dried bean curd residue to a container, adding distilled water, mixing uniformly, sterilizing to obtain a mixed material, inoculating a fungus inoculum under aseptic conditions, sealing the container and cultivating in the dark to obtain crude polysaccharides. The disclosure uses corn stover and bean curd residue as raw materials to achieve efficient utilization of discarded biomass, reduce environmental pollution, and improve utilization of corn stover.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for calculating combustion in the bed of a waste incinerator. The method is based on a model of combustion in a waste incinerator bed and comprises a water evaporation model, a volatile matter analysis model, a volatile matter combustion model, and a fixed carbon combustion model. The volatile matter of the volatile matter combustion model comprises CO, H2, CH4, NH3, and H2S. The volatile matter combustion model comprises a combustion reaction equation for said volatile matter and O2, and respective equations for CO and CH4 reacting with water vapor. Equations governing the model of combustion in the bed of a waste incinerator comprise a continuity equation, an energy equation, a momentum equation, and a component equation. Boundary conditions of said governing equations comprise: equations of heat transfer and mass transfer from an upper boundary layer of the bed to the exterior; and equations of heat transfer and mass transfer from lower boundary layer of the bed to the exterior.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a copper-magnesium co-doped carbonized wood sponge material, a preparation therefor, and an application thereof, and a method for converting plastics into fuel based on a Fenton-like system. In the present disclosure, a copper-magnesium co-doped carbonized wood sponge catalyst is prepared by high-temperature pyrolysis after a wood raw material is coated with polydopamine (PDA) and a copper element and a magnesium element are loaded on a wood sponge substrate, realizing the loading of a nanoreactor on a wood sponge layered structure, and forming a unique spatial microenvironment and synergistic effect by combining a superior three-dimensional lamellar structure of the wood sponge substrate with the structural advantages of the nanoreactor to promote an electron transfer pathway on a surface.
