A method and system for the spray application of epoxy materials is provided. The system includes a dual walled tank structure as a reservoir for containing and preheating the epoxy materials in preparation for mixing and spray application. Each component of the epoxy material is preheated before the components are mixed. After preheating, the components are then mixed together and spray applied. The method and system of the present invention provides a high quality spray applied epoxy coating while reducing equipment down time and cleaning.

The present invention relates to the field of washing engines, particularly using washing liquids such as water and detergent or water only, and more specifically to systems, apparatus and a mobile cart comprising such a system for collecting and treating the waste water from engine washing operations. The system comprises a collecting device for collecting waste liquid during a washing operation of the engine and a treatment device for treating waste liquid collected during said washing operation. According to an embodiment, the system is arranged on a mobile cart (50) for serving an engine (1) during a washing operation of the engine (1) comprising a chassis provided with wheels. The mobile cart also includes adjusting means (73) for adjusting the vertical position of the liquid separating means (31) and/or adjusting means for adjusting the vertical position of the liquid collecting means (302, 36) relative the engine (1).

A self propelled, walk-behind or surrey drawn striping machine includes a single fluid tank for confining and, delivering under a pressure, fluid drive, heated thermoplastic, paint and the new, environmentally preferred, thin line thermoplastic. The machine is propelled by hydraulic wheel motors. A primary material tank comprises a pressurized interior vessel that is substantially surrounded by a heating fluid circulation jacket. A third wall around the fluid circulation jacket provides a heat riser insulating space. Combustion products from a burner head below the circulation jacket rise through the insulating space. A coaxial flow channel around the conduits that deliver the striping material to a spray head carries heat transfer medium such as hot oil drawn from the heating fluid circulation jacket.

A method and apparatus for atomizing oil of high viscosity by a venturi tube, whereby pressurized air is introduced from the outside into a reservoir through said venturi tube, while the oil in the reservoir is transported to the venturi through a conduit, or a suction tube, by the pressure differential between the oil reservoir and the open end of a nozzle and is heated in a heating chamber just before the atomization nozzle which is open into said venturi so as to provide fluidity to the oil.
