    Abstract: Proposed is a multi-needle head. The multi-needle head includes at least one adapter mounted with a needle in which liquid is discharged therethrough, and includes a holder in which the adapter is fixed. An O-ring having an outer diameter thereof larger than a width of a body of the adapter is coupled to the body of the adapter, a fixing hole into which the body of the adapter is inserted is formed in the holder, and an O-ring fixing portion having an inner diameter thereof larger than an inner diameter of the fixing hole is formed in the middle of the fixing hole such that the O-ring is positioned at the O-ring fixing portion. A vertical width of the O-ring fixing portion is larger than a vertical width of the O-ring, thereby allowing a height of the adapter that is fixed to the holder to be adjusted.

    Abstract: The present invention provides a film forming method comprising: discretely arranging, on a substrate with unevenness, a plurality of droplets of a curable composition in a liquid form containing at least a polymerizable compound (a) as a nonvolatile component and at least a solvent (d) as a volatile component; waiting until each of the plurality of droplets discretely arranged on the substrate combines with an adjacent droplet to form a continuous liquid film on the substrate, and the solvent (d) contained in the liquid film volatilizes, and a content of the solvent (d) becomes not more than 10 vol % with respect to the whole liquid film; and curing the curable composition in the liquid form after the waiting.

    Abstract: A manufacturing method of a display device includes forming a first droplet on a first region of a substrate by nozzles, moving the nozzles onto a second region of the substrate spaced apart in a first direction from the first region, forming a second droplet on the second region, calculating a first distance between the first and second droplets, moving the nozzles onto a third region of the substrate spaced apart in a direction opposite to the first direction from the second region, forming a third droplet on the third region, moving the nozzles onto a fourth region of the substrate spaced apart in the first direction from the third region, forming a fourth droplet on the fourth region, calculating a second distance between the third and the fourth droplets, and calculating a jetting velocity of each of the nozzles based on the first distance and the second distance.
