    Abstract: A brush roller and its manufacturing method and brush roller mold is provided, the brush roller is manufactured by foaming a gaseous pore filler, while solving the problem of using a solid pore filler foaming method to manufacture the brush roller. In addition, the brush roller of the present invention has a plurality of fluid channels communicating between any adjacent two, and the plurality of fluid channels respectively extend to the surface of the brush roller to form pores to improve the fluid permeability of the brush roller, and in the brush roller manufacturing method of the present invention, after the PVA emulsified solution is cured, the compressive stress under the condition of the predetermined compression ratio can be formed to meet the expected brush roller, and it can be used to brush the circuit substrate.

    Abstract: The invention describes a method for the manufacture of a plasticized polyvinyl alcohol polymer mixture including the steps of introducing a polyvinyl alcohol or a blend thereof having a degree of hydrolysis in the range of 93% to 98% or more into a mixing reactor; adding a processing agent, and a plasticizer to form a reaction mixture; wherein the plasticizer is selected from the group consisting of the following compounds and mixtures thereof: (a) sugar alcohols selected from the group consisting of: diglycerol, triglycerol, fructose, ribose, xylose, D-mannitol, triacetin, and mixtures thereof; polyols selected from the group consisting of: pentaerythritol, dipentaerythritol, and mixtures thereof; (b) diols selected from the group consisting of: methyl pentanediol, 1,2-propanediol, 1,4-butanediol, 2-hydroxy-1,3-propanediol, 3-methyl-1,3-butanediol, 3,3-dimethyl-1,2-butanediol, and mixtures thereof; (c) glycols selected from the group consisting of: polyethylene glycol 300, polyethylene glycol 400, alkoxylated polyethylene glycol, and mixtures thereof; (d) caprolactam, tricyclic trimethylolpropane formal, rosin esters, euricamide, and mixtures thereof; reacting the reaction mixture in a reaction zone to form plasticized polymer; and allowing the plasticized polymer to pass from the reaction zone.

    Abstract: The present invention describes a method for the production of a spinning dope composition, said method comprising a homogenization involving vigorous mixing of a cellulosic pulp material in alkali solution, vigorous mixing implying supplying a power density to agitators used in the homogenization step of at least 150 kW/m3 (kW supplied to agitators per mixed unit of liquid volume), and thereafter a dissolution involving mixing of the cellulosic pulp material in the alkali solution to obtain a spinning dope composition, wherein the power density supplied to agitators used in the dissolution step is maximum 75 kW/m3 (kW supplied to agitators per mixed unit of liquid volume); and wherein the cellulosic pulp material in alkali solution is kept at a temperature of less than 0° C. during the homogenization and during at least part of the dissolution. The present invention is also directed to a system intended for the production of a spinning dope composition.

    Abstract: This invention relates to providing a resin composition and a resin molded article having sufficient mechanical properties and thermal properties, and also having excellent wear resistance and moldability when in use. This invention provides a cellulose nanofiber-containing aqueous dispersion including (A) cellulose nanofibers, (B) a surface treatment agent, and water. In one embodiment, (B) a surface treatment agent has an HLB value of 0.1 or greater but less than 8.0. This invention provides a dispersion liquid including (B) a surface treatment agent, (D) a binder component, and water, wherein (B) the surface treatment agent is a water-soluble polymer having a hydrophilic segment and a hydrophobic segment, and having a number average molecular weight of 200 to 30,000, and (D) the binder component is polyurethane. This invention provides a cellulose nanofiber resin composition including (A) cellulose nanofibers, (B) a surface treatment agent, and (F) a thermoplastic resin.
