Abstract: Disclosed are to a pixel circuit, a method for driving the pixel circuit and a display panel. The pixel circuit includes a data write module, a storage module, a drive module and a light emitting device. The drive module includes a first control terminal and a second control terminal. The data write module is configured to write, at a data write stage, a data signal into the first control terminal of the drive module, the storage module is configured to maintain a potential of the first control terminal, the second control terminal is electrically connected to a pulse-width modulation (PWM) signal input terminal of the pixel circuit, and is configured to control the drive module to provide discontinuous drive current according to a PWM signal from the PWM signal input terminal at a light emission stage, and the light emitting device emits light in response to the discontinuous drive current.

Abstract: The invention discloses a device for producing biogas with high methane content by utilizing livestock and poultry feces, wherein the interior of a tank body of a biogas fermentation tank is divided by a baffle, so as to form a main reaction chamber and an auxiliary reaction chamber which are communicated in upper portions, so that a reactant flows into the auxiliary reaction chamber only after entering the main reaction chamber via a relatively low feeding hole and then reaching a high position of a liquid level, and extension of fermentation time is realized, meanwhile, scales formed at the top of fermentation broth flow into the auxiliary reaction chamber along with liquid, so that the interior of the main reaction chamber keeps a liquid state all the time, and sealing and reduction of quantity of anaerobic bacteria are avoided.

Abstract: The invention discloses shared-aperture dual-band dual-polarized antenna array and communication equipment. The antenna array comprises a first dielectric substrate, a second dielectric substrate, a third dielectric substrate, a fourth dielectric substrate, and a fifth dielectric substrate. The first dielectric substrate, the second dielectric substrate, and the third dielectric substrate constitute a dielectric substrate group. The dielectric substrate group is provided with a low-frequency antenna element and four high-frequency antenna elements. The low-frequency antenna element is loaded with a filtering structure. The low-frequency antenna element and the high-frequency antenna element are fed by coaxial lines. The fourth dielectric substrate and the fifth dielectric substrate form a dual-function metasurface. When the dual-function metasurface is used as an artificial magnetic conductor reflector, the radiation of the low-frequency antenna element is enhanced in a low profile, and when used as a frequency selective surface, the electromagnetic scattering of the low-frequency antenna element in the high-frequency band is suppressed. Compared with the existing solutions, the present invention is more compact, and maintains high cross-band isolation and stable radiation patterns in dual bands.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a metal oxide (MO) semiconductor, which is implemented by respectively doping at least an oxide of rare earth element R and an oxide of rare earth element R′ into an indium-containing MO semiconductor to form an InxMyRnR′mOz semiconductor. According to the present invention, the extremely high oxygen bond breaking energy in the oxide of rare earth element R is used to effectively control the carrier concentration in the semiconductor, and a charge transportation center can be formed by using the characteristic that the radius of rare earth ions is equivalent to the radius of indium ions, so that the electrical stability of the semiconductor is improved. The present invention further provides a thin-film transistor based on the MO semiconductor and application thereof.

Abstract: A phase-change energy-storage structure for building insulation. The wall structure is provided with a wall base, an insulation layer, an oriented structural board, a shaped phase-change energy-storage insulation board, and an exterior decorative board in sequence from outdoor to indoor. The shaped phase-change energy-storage insulation board is composed of an inorganic composite phase-change material and a packaging sheet. The inorganic composite phase-change material has a phase-change temperature of 10 to 40° C., obtained by compounding an inorganic hydrated salt and a porous structural carrier. In the inorganic composite phase-change material, a mass percentage of the inorganic hydrated salt is 40 to 95%, and the inorganic composite phase-change material is coated with a fire resistant and corrosion resistant light-cured resin. The coldness in outdoor air in summer night can be stored in the phase-change energy-storage insulation board, which can be released into the indoor air during the day.

Abstract: The present invention relates to micro-/nanostructured compound-eye arrays and fabrication method thereof, and discloses a fabrication method and applications for the molded polymer parts with the micro-/nanostructured compound-eye arrays on their surfaces, which exhibit both hydrophobicity and light trapping. The fabrication method for the molded polymer parts with the micro-/nanostructured compound-eye arrays includes following steps. A flexible microlens array template is assembled; the flexible microlens array template is fixed on an injection mold cavity, and a polymer part with microlens arrays distributing on its surface is molded by using injection molding; the microlens arrays on the molded polymer part are imprinted onto the surface of an ultra-pure aluminum foil, nanopores are formed on its surface via anode oxidation, and so an aluminum template with negative micro-/nanostructured compound-eye arrays is fabricated; the aluminum template is fixed on an injection mold cavity, and a polymer part with micro-/nanostructured compound-eye arrays distributing on its surface is molded by using injection molding. The dual-level compound-eye arrays (orderly distributed convex semi-sphere microlens and densely distributed nanopillars) are developed on the surface of the molded polymer part, which exhibits both hydrophobicity and light trapping.

Abstract: A system for preserving red meat by plasma active water (PAW) vacuum packaging includes a solution mixing tank, a plasma treatment chamber, an atomization spray module, a conveyor bell, a water circulation module, and a vacuum packaging module. The solution mixing tank, the plasma treatment chamber, the atomization spray module, and the water circulation module are sequentially connected through pipes. The atomization sprav module is configured to spray PAW onto the red meat on the conveyor belt, and the vacuum packaging module is configured to vacuum-package the red meat. Utilizing PAW improves the antibacterial ability of vacuum packaging while enhancing the color stability of red meat, greatly extending the shelf life of red meat, thereby preserving red meat in a green and economical way.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a method for preparing high-melt-strength polylactide resin by two-step reaction, which comprises the following steps: mixing polylactide resin and GMA to obtain a premix; mixing multifunctional reactive monomer, a peroxide initiator and organic solvent to obtain a monomer mixture; and adding the premix and the monomer mixture into a screw extruder in sections, after melting, blending, extruding, cooling, pelletizing and drying to obtain a high melt strength polylactide resin. The method of the present invention has a simple production process, can be adapted to large-scale industrial production, the graft modification reaction is rapid and controllable, and the obtained product is safe without residue and high in purity. The high-melt-strength polylactide resin has a low melt flow index, high complex viscosity and storage modulus, and is a green polymer material with wide application prospects.

Abstract: The present invention discloses a dual-polarized wide-stopband filtering antenna and a communications device, the antenna comprising a dielectric substrate, a metal ground plate, a metal radiating patch, metal feeding arms, a metal square ring stub, metal transverse stubs, and metal probes, wherein the dielectric substrate is a rectangular cavity structure, the metal ground plate is disposed on the bottom surface of the dielectric substrate, and the metal radiating patch is disposed in the middle of the top surface of the dielectric substrate; the metal transverse stubs and the metal square ring stub are located inside the rectangular cavity and are connected on the same layer; the metal feeding arms are located between the metal square ring stub and the metal radiating patch; one end of the metal probe and a circular hole disposed on the metal ground plate form a coaxial feeding structure, and the other end of the metal probe is linked with the midpoint of the metal transverse stub and it is simultaneously connected to one end of the metal feeding arm to form a dual-polarized differential feeding structure; and the metal probes are connected to the metal transverse stubs. The antenna has a simple structure, can greatly reduce the volume of a radio frequency front end, and has no additional insertion loss.
