Abstract:
A covering member appropriately covers an opening hole in a accommodating body. In a vehicle door minor device, look of a visor body at the outer periphery of a mirror is enhanced by an upper covering plate and a lower covering plate of an inner cover covering an upper recess portion and a lower recess portion, respectively, in a peripheral wall of the visor body. The upper covering plate and the lower covering plate abut the upper recess portion and the lower recess portion, respectively. The upper covering plate and the lower covering plate can accordingly be positioned in the upper recess portion and the lower recess portion, respectively. The upper covering plate and the lower covering plate can accordingly appropriately cover the upper recess portion and the lower recess portion, respectively.
Abstract:
Disclosed is a relative angle detection device for detecting a relative angle between a first rotary shaft and a second rotary shaft, the relative angle detection device being provided with a first magnetic field sensing unit which outputs a value according to a magnetic field of a magnet, a second magnetic field sensing unit which outputs a value according to the magnetic field of the magnet and outputs a value different from the output value of the first magnetic field sensing unit even if being placed in the same magnetic field as that of the first magnetic field sensing unit, a correction unit which corrects one output value out of the output value of the first magnetic field sensing unit and the output value of the second magnetic field sensing unit in accordance with an amplitude ratio between magnetic field components orthogonal to each other in the magnetic field of the magnet, and a computing unit which computes the relative angle between the first rotary shaft and the second rotary shaft on the basis of the one output value corrected by the correction unit and the other output value different from the one output value. Consequently, a technique capable of detecting the relative rotation angle with high accuracy is provided even if magnitudes of amplitudes of magnetic field components orthogonal to each other in the magnetically sensitive surface of the magnetic field sensing unit are different from each other.
Abstract:
It is difficult to appropriately estimate the colorimetric values of an arbitrary patch at a desired temperature with respect to a medium containing a fluorescent whitening agent in consideration of the influence of the fluorescent whitening agent. A target temperature and media type are designated (S601, S602), patches of a plurality of colors are formed on a set medium, and a temperature immediately after fixing (second temperature), patch colorimetric values, and medium white colorimetric values are acquired (S606, S607). Medium white calorimetric values at the target temperature are generated based on the acquired medium white calorimetric values and medium white colorimetric values at a first temperature, which are acquired in advance (S608). Patch calorimetric values at the target temperature are estimated based on the generated medium white colorimetric values and patch colorimetric values.
Abstract:
There is provided a ballpoint pen tip in which a shoulder of a bent portion does not touch a paper surface during writing and bleeding caused by deformation of an inner periphery of the bent portion can be prevented, and an ink refill using thereof. The ballpoint pen tip 20 comprises a first tapered surface 22 formed by tapering an outer periphery at a front end of a holder 21, a connecting surface 23 that is formed at a front end side of the first tapered surface 22 and has an outside angle larger than 180° with respect to the first tapered surface 22, a second tapered surface 24 that is formed at a front end side of the connecting surface 23 and has an outside angle smaller than 180° with respect to the connecting surface 23, and a bent portion 25 in which a front end portion of the second tapered surface 24 is bent inwardly so as to hold a writing ball 35 inserted into a ball house 29. A boundary between the first tapered surface 22 and the connecting surface 23 is referred to as a first shoulder portion 26, and a boundary between the second tapered surface 24 and the bent portion 25 a second shoulder portion 27. The second shoulder portion 27 is located inside a virtual tangent line 41 between the first shoulder portion 26 and the writing ball 35.
Abstract:
For the sake of realizing high throughput and high processing position accuracy in an ion beam apparatus, two kinds of ion beams for processing are prepared of which one is a focusing ion beam for high image resolution and an edge processing ion beam of large beam current for permitting a sectional edge portion to be processed sharply, whereby high processing position accuracy can be ensured even with a large current ion beam.
Abstract:
In order to implement faster high precision milling and high resolution image observation in the structure analysis and failure analysis of the MEMS and semiconductor devices, a two-lens optical system is mounted on a focused ion beam apparatus, and in the optical system the distance from an emitter apex in an ion source to an earth electrode included in a condenser lens and disposed nearest to the ion source is in the range of 5 to 14 mm.
Abstract:
In a process for producing an alcohol by hydroformylation comprises reacting a straight chained, branched or alicyclic mono-olefin having from 3 to 20 carbon atoms with carbon monoxide and hydrogen to form an alcohol having carbon atoms greater in number by one than the carbon atoms of the mono-olefin, the improvement comprises(a) a fist step in which the mono-olefin is hydroformylated with use of a cobalt catalyst in the presence of a gas mixture of carbon monoxide and hydrogen at a high temperature under high pressure to selectively form an aldehyde at a conversion of the mono-olefin being from 50 to 95 mol % while suppressing the formation of an alcohol, and the cobalt catalyst is then removed from the unreacted olefin and the formed aldehyde by decomposition or extraction, and(b) a second step in which the mixture of the unreacted mono-olefin and the formed aldehyde freed from the cobalt catalyst in the first step is reacted with a gas mixture of carbon monoxide and hydrogen with use of a cobalt organophophine complex catalyst at a high temperature under high pressure thereby simultaneously hydroformylating the unreacted mono-olefin and hydrogenating the aldehyde to form the alcohol.
Abstract:
Provided is an ion source emitter that does not cause significant extraction voltage changes even when an apex portion of the emitter is repeatedly regenerated. The emitter has a shape of a triangular pyramid with the single atom at the apex. An apex portion of the emitter is substantially shaped like a hexagon when viewed from the apex side.
Abstract:
A relative angle sensing device that senses a relative angle between two rotary shafts is provided with: a hard magnetic body that is provided to one rotary shaft out of the two rotary shafts; a soft magnetic body that is provided to the other rotary shaft out of the two rotary shafts to be arranged in a magnetic field formed by the hard magnetic body, and forms a magnetic circuit together with the hard magnetic body; and a sensing unit that senses a magnetic flux density of the magnetic circuit. The soft magnetic body has a circular ring portion that is formed into a disc having, at an inside thereof, a hole larger than an outer shape of the hard magnetic body, and a protrusion that protrudes from a section of the circular ring portion at a hard magnetic body side in a shaft direction of the one rotary shaft.
