Abstract: A photodiode (2) and a further photodiode (3) are arranged in a substrate (1) at or near a main surface (10). The photodiodes are formed and arranged in such a manner that in case of incident ultraviolet radiation (26) the electric signal from the photodiode (2) is larger than the further electric signal from the further photodiode (3). In particular, the first photodiode may be more sensitive to ultraviolet radiation than the further photodiode. The electric signal from the photodiode is attenuated by the further electric signal and thus yields an electric signal primarily measuring the incident ultraviolet radiation. The attenuation of the electric signal from the first photodiode may be achieved internally using an integrated circuit (25) or externally using a separate device.

An optical sensing accessory and an optical sensing device comprise the optical sensor module and other electronic modules to have further applications.

The light spatial distribution unit is disposed on a side of the under-test object to receive the under-test light and form a plurality of point light sources. The chromatic-dispersion light-splitting unit is disposed on a side of the light spatial distribution unit to receive the point light sources and produce a light-splitting signal. The detecting unit is disposed on a side of the chromatic-dispersion light-splitting unit to receive the light-splitting signal and produce an optical field distribution of the under-test light.

Abstract: A mounting system for an electronic device is described. This mounting system includes a base that can be rigidly mounted on or underneath a wall. Moreover, the base can be remateably coupled to the electronic device. The remateable coupling may involve pins that are inserted into corresponding holes and rotated into a lock position. Alternatively, the remateable coupling may involve magnets that mechanically couple to each other so long as the electronic device and the base are within a predefined distance. The electronic device may receive power via the remateable coupling or via inductive charging. In addition, the electronic device may monitor a spatial parameter, such as: a location of the electronic device, a velocity of the electronic device and/or an acceleration of the electronic device. If this spatial parameter changes without the electronic device first receiving a security code, the electronic device provides an alert.
