    Abstract: The present disclosure provides a current sensing device, method and system, where the device is applied in a power conversion circuit. The current sensing device includes a first winding coupled to the resonant inductor, a second winding and an integrating circuit coupled to a primary winding of the transformer having a first input terminal, a second input terminal, an output terminal, and a common terminal; one terminal of the first winding is coupled to the first input terminal of the integrating circuit, the other terminal of the first winding and the other terminal of the second winding are coupled and connected to the common terminal of the integrating circuit; one terminal of the second winding is coupled to the second input terminal of the integrating circuit.

    Abstract: A voltage regulator module includes a circuit board assembly and a magnetic core assembly. The circuit board assembly includes a circuit board and 2N switching circuits. The circuit board includes a plurality of conductive structures. The magnetic core assembly includes an upper core, a lower core and 2N lateral legs. The 2N lateral legs are arranged between the upper core and the lower core. The 2N lateral legs are penetrated through the corresponding conductive structures. The 2N switching circuits are divided into N switching circuit groups. Each switching circuit group includes two parallel-connected switching circuits. The N switching circuit groups and the magnetic core assembly are arranged on the circuit board along a first direction. The N switching circuit groups are arranged one the circuit board along a second direction.

    Abstract: A power module includes a power source module and a metallic bottom heat-dissipation substrate. The power source module has an input pin and an output pin soldered on and electrically connected with a system board and includes a printed circuit board. The printed circuit board has a top surface and a bottom surface. At least a heat-generating component is disposed on the bottom surface. The metallic bottom heat-dissipation substrate has an upper surface and a lower surface opposite to each other. The upper surface has at least a fixing position and at least a heat-dissipating position. The fixing position is directly or indirectly connected with the bottom surface. A gap accumulated by tolerances is existed between the heat-dissipating position and the heat-generating component. A gap-filling material is filled into the gap. The lower surface and the system board are soldered with each other. Therefore, the heat-dissipation efficiency is enhanced.

    Abstract: The present disclosure is related to a power module power structure and an assembling method thereof. The power module structure includes a first printed-circuit-board (PCB) assembly, a second PCB assembly, and a conductive connection component. The first PCB assembly includes a first circuit board, a power switch and a magnetic component. The first circuit board includes a first side, a second side and a through hole. The power switch is disposed on the first circuit board. The magnetic component includes a first magnetic core and a second magnetic core fastened on the first circuit board through the through hole. The second PCB assembly includes a second circuit board having a third side, a fourth side and a hollow slot passing therethrough. The second magnetic core is exposed through the hollow slot. The conductive connection component is disposed and electrically connected between the first PCB assembly and the second PCB assembly.

    Abstract: A power converter includes a first positive terminal, a first negative terminal, a second positive terminal, a second negative terminal, a first capacitor and N phase conversion circuits. The first capacitor is connected between the second positive terminal and the second negative terminal. Each phase conversion circuit includes a first main switch, a second main switch, a second capacitor, a freewheeling switch, an inductor and a bridge arm circuit. The first main switch is electrically connected with the first positive terminal. The second capacitor is electrically connected with the first main switch and the second main switch. The freewheeling switch is electrically connected between the second main switch and the second negative terminal. The inductor is electrically connected with the second main switch. The second main switch is also electrically connected with the first main switch of an adjacent phase conversion circuit.

    Abstract: A power conversion system is provided. The power conversion system includes a power conversion circuit, a bootstrap circuit and at least N driving circuits, where N is an integer larger than 1. The power conversion circuit includes an input port, an output port, N switching power conversion units and N nodes. The switching power conversion unit includes a first switch and a second switch. The bootstrap circuit includes N bootstrap capacitors and N bootstrap switches. The N bootstrap switches are serially connected in sequence. Two ends of the bootstrap capacitor are connected to the corresponding node and the second terminal of the corresponding bootstrap switch respectively. The first terminal of the (N)th bootstrap switch receives a supply voltage. The driving circuit is connected to the corresponding bootstrap capacitor and outputs driving signals for controlling the switches according to the positive electrode voltage of the bootstrap capacitor.

    Abstract: A power conversion system and a magnetic component thereof are provided. The magnetic component includes a magnetic core assembly, two windings and an air gap. The magnetic core assembly includes two substrates, four winding pillars and an auxiliary pillar unit. The four winding pillars and the auxiliary pillar unit are located between the two substrates. A connecting line of centers of the winding pillars forms a quadrangle which has a first diagonal line and a second diagonal line. One winding is wound around two winding pillars on the first diagonal line, and magnetic fluxes on these two winding pillars have the same direction and amount. The other winding is wound around the other two winding pillars located on the second diagonal line, and magnetic fluxes on these two winding pillars have the same direction and amount. The directions of the magnetic fluxes on the two neighboring winding pillars are opposite.

    Abstract: A voltage regulator module includes a circuit board assembly and a magnetic core assembly. The circuit board assembly includes a printed circuit board and at least one switch element. A first concave structure is concavely formed on a second surface of the printed circuit board. At least one protrusion post is disposed within the first concave structure. A pin as a positive output terminal, a pin as a positive input terminal and a pin as a negative output terminal are disposed on the second surface of the printed circuit board. The switch element is disposed on a first surface of the printed circuit board. The magnetic core assembly is accommodated within the first concave structure, and includes at least one opening. The protrusion post is penetrated through the corresponding opening. Consequently, at least one inductor is defined by the at least one protrusion post and the magnetic core assembly collaboratively.
