    Abstract: An electronic device is disclosed and includes a substrate, a circuit layer, and a plurality of diodes. The substrate has a plurality of structures. The circuit layer is disposed on the substrate. The diodes are disposed on the circuit layer, wherein a first spacing is defined as a distance between a center point of a first one of the structures and a center point of a second one of the structures, a second spacing is defined as a distance between a center point of a third one of the structures and a center point of a fourth one of the structures, and an absolute value of a difference between the first spacing and the second spacing is less than 0.5 times radius of curvature of the electronic device when the electronic device is bent.

    Abstract: A display device including a backlight module is provided. The backlight module includes: a substrate, a backlight cavity, a plurality of light emitting elements, and an optical adjustment layer. The backlight cavity is located on the substrate. The plurality of light emitting elements is disposed in the backlight cavity. The optical adjustment layer covers the plurality of light emitting elements and fills the remaining space of the backlight cavity. The optical adjustment layer has a refractive index n greater than the refractive index n0 of the air.

    Abstract: A method for manufacturing an electronic device is provided. The method includes the following steps: providing a first mother substrate including a plurality of first substrate areas; performing a first half-cutting step on the first mother substrate to produce a first crack to define the plurality of first substrate areas; disposing a first optical film on the first mother substrate having the first crack, wherein the first optical film has a first cutting region corresponding to the first crack; performing a first cutting step in the first cutting region of the first optical film; and separating the plurality of first substrate areas to form a plurality of first substrates.

The pixel circuit is electrically connected to the light emitting unit. The pixel circuit includes a first driving transistor and a second driving transistor.
