    Abstract: To provide a flexible metal laminate plate obtained by pasting together an adhesive film, that suppresses the generation of dimensional variation, and a metal foil.(Resolution Means)A polyimide film having a manufacturing film width of 1 m or more; an anisotropy index (AI) expressed by formula 1 of 12 or less across the entire width, when the propagation speed V of an ultrasonic pulse is measured at an orientation angle (θ) of the film of 45° and 135°, based on the machine conveyance direction (MD) of the film; and a thermoplastic polyimide layer with a thickness of 0.5 to 20 μm provided on at least one surface.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a sheet for use as a packaging material having a low percentage thermal shrinkage, outstanding flexibility and outstanding properties as a packaging material for solar cells. The sheet for use as a packaging material for solar cells according to the present invention is a resin sheet having air spaces obtained by the hot-melt bonding of a portion of a dispersed hot-bonding resin powder, wherein the apparent density of the sheet is no less than 20(%) and no more than 70(%) of the net density of the hot-bonding resin, such that the sheet is adequately flexible.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a conductive adhesive tape which can exhibit extremely stable electroconductivity upon use over a long duration and/or use under severe environmental conditions even when applied in a small area. The conductive thermosetting adhesive tape includes a metallic foil; and a thermosetting adhesive layer on one side of the metallic foil. The thermosetting adhesive layer has a bond strength before curing of 2 N/20 mm or more and a bond strength after curing of 10 N/20 mm or more. The conductive thermosetting adhesive tape is preferably one including the metallic foil; the thermosetting adhesive layer on one side of the metallic foil; and a terminal exposed from the surface of the thermosetting adhesive layer, in which the conductive thermosetting adhesive tape has a total area of the terminal present per 30 mm2 of the surface of the thermosetting adhesive layer of from 0.1 to 5 mm2.
