Disclosed is a liquefied natural gas storage apparatus. The apparatus includes a heat insulated tank and liquefied natural gas contained in the tank. The tank has heat insulation sufficient to maintain liquefied natural gas therein such that most of the liquefied natural gas stays in liquid. The contained liquefied natural gas has a vapor pressure from about 0.3 bar to about 2 bar. The apparatus further includes a safety valve configured to release a part of liquefied natural gas contained in the tank when a vapor pressure of liquefied natural gas within the tank becomes higher than a cut-off pressure. The cut-off pressure is from about 0.3 bar to about 2 bar.

The present disclosure provides a conformal tank for adsorbent storage of gas. The tank includes a body having a substantially flat top wall, a substantially flat bottom wall and a pair of opposing sidewalls that join the top wall and bottom wall to form an open-ended cuboid having a first open end and an opposing second open end. The tank additionally includes a first end cap connected to the top wall, bottom wall and sidewalls at the first open end, and a second end cap connected to the top wall, bottom wall and sidewalls at the second open end, thereby defining an internal cavity in which gas can be removably stored. The tank further includes a plurality of wall supports connected the top and bottom walls to prevent deformation of the tank. The wall supports are structured to allow gas to move throughout the entire internal cavity of the tank.

A tank for storing fluid, especially hydrocarbons including low temperature liquefied natural gas. The tank comprises tank walls defining an interior tank space, wherein at least one beam is provided in the interior tank space having at least one beam end connected to the tank wall. The at least one recess is provided in the tank wall for receiving the beam end for anchoring to the tank wall.

An upper wall center rib includes an upper wall center part, and upper wall annular ribs respectively connecting substantially center parts of the upper wall and surrounding the upper wall center rib. Ribs are formed substantially centrally in the upper curved surface portion. A bottom wall center rib includes a center part in the bottom wall. Bottom wall annular ribs are formed connecting the bottom wall and surrounding the bottom wall center rib. Lower curved surface portion ribs are formed substantially centrally in the lower curved surface portion, and main surface ribs are formed substantially centrally in the side wall.

The guiding brackets or rails comprise a face turned towards a cooperating face of the support block. The face of the bracket or rail and the cooperating face of the support block are inclined at an angle which depends on the width and height of the support block.

A fluid storage and dispensing apparatus including a fluid storage and dispensing vessel having a rectangular parallelepiped shape, and an integrated gas cabinet assembly including such fluid storage and dispensing apparatus and/or a point-of-use ventilation gas scrubber in the vented gas cabinet. By the use of physical adsorbent and chemical sorbent media, the gas cabinet can be enhanced in safety of operation, e.g., where the process gas supplied from the gas cabinet is of a toxic or otherwise hazardous character.

A fuel feeding system for storing liquefied gas and feeding gaseous fuel to be used in a piston engine, which fuel feeding system includes at least two cryogenic fuel tank arrangements having a first tank arrangement and a second tank arrangement in connection with each other. The fuel feeding system includes a gaseous fuel feed line connected at its first end to at least one piston engine, in which system the first tank arrangement is provided with a pressure build-up system having a first heat exchanger unit. The inlet of the heat exchanger unit is connected to a bottom section of the first tank arrangement the outlet of which is connectable to the top section of the first tank arrangement. The first tank arrangement and the second tank arrangement are both pressure vessels, and the first tank arrangement is selectively connectable to the fuel feed line by a gas line extending from an outlet in the top section of the first tank arrangement.
