Abstract: A system and method for establishing a communication with a customer by an agent, via one or more communication modes includes an agent computer and a second computer. The second computer provides the identify notification enabling the agent computer to identify the identified customer. The system predicts the schedule timeslot of the agent, by taking into account a number of agent based touches that may need to be executed.

Abstract: A virtual conference system that allows private sessions to happen simultaneously as and within the public conference is presented. The system allows a participant to join a public conference, wherein a degraded version of the participant's image and no sound from the participant will be available to other conference participants of the public conference. The participant may, while being in the public conference, engage in a private session with a subgroup of the conference participants. The participant's image and sounds from the participant will be available to the subgroup in the private session in normal quality at the same time that the degraded version of the participant's image is made available to conference participants who are in the public conference but not the private session.

Abstract: An electronic device such as a wristwatch may have a housing with metal sidewalls and a dielectric rear wall. The metal sidewalls may form an antenna ground for an antenna. The antenna may include an antenna resonating element formed from conductive traces patterned directly onto an interior surface of the dielectric rear wall. The conductive traces may define a slot at the dielectric rear wall. A coil and a sensor may be mounted to the dielectric rear wall within the slot. Radio-frequency transceiver circuitry may be coupled to the conductive traces and the antenna ground and may transmit and receive radio-frequency signals through the dielectric rear wall using the antenna. Wireless power receiver circuitry may use the coil to receive wireless power signals through the dielectric rear wall. The sensor may emit and/or receive light through a transparent window in the dielectric rear wall.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention are directed to methods for providing captioned telephone service. One method includes initiating a first captioned telephone service call. During the first captioned telephone service call, a first set of captions is created using a human captioner. Simultaneous with creating the first set of captions using a human captioner, a second set of captions is created using an automated speech recognition captioner. The first set of captions and the second set of captions are compared using a scoring algorithm. In response to the score of second set of captions being within predetermined range of scores, the call is continued using only the automated speech recognition captioner. In response to the score of second set of captions being outside of a predetermined range of scores, the call is continued using a human captioner.
