In an electronic device, a stay is fixed to a surface of a heatsink on the side of a substrate or to a side surface of the heatsink, and is also fixed to the substrate. A contact portion of the stay which is in contact with the heatsink is in contact with the heatsink by mating therewith. The electron device is further provided with a fastening member for fixing the contact potion to the heatsink in detachable manner.

This heating device includes a thermoblock with a metal mass that incorporates an inlet, an outlet and a heating chamber extending therebetween to form a passage for guiding the liquid circulating through the mass, with the mass arranged to accumulate heat and to supply heat to the liquid; and one or more electric components that are rigidly secured onto or into the thermoblock and that are connected to a printed circuit board or a flex-print arranged to control the thermoblock. The electric components are rigidly connected to the printed circuit board or flex-print, in particular via rigid connector pins or blades or rigid plug and socket members.

Specifically, the mounting structure is secured to the frame using the screw. The lead is soldered to lands on a mounting surface of the printed circuit board by a process for mounting electronic parts (e.g. an IC or LSI package) on the mounting surface of the electronic device.
