    Abstract: An interferometer device includes an interferometer unit with at least two mirrors disposed in parallel, wherein at least one of the mirrors is actuatable parallel to the other mirror and a first distance between the two mirrors is alterable. The interferometer device further includes at least one deflection mirror disposed downstream of the interferometer unit in a light transmission direction of light from the interferometer unit and a detector device, onto which the light is able to be aligned by the deflection mirror. The detector device includes at least two differently sensitive detection regions for transmitted wavelengths or wavelength ranges of the light, which detection regions are spatially separated from one another and able to be irradiated separately by the deflection mirror.

    Abstract: Disclosed is a spectral filter including a plurality of Fabry-Perot structures which are collectively carried by a support, and coupled together so as to produce a coupling resonance that is distinct from individual resonances of each of the Fabry-Perot structures. The coupling resonance may have a higher quality factor than the quality factors of the individual resonances. Each Fabry-Perot structure includes two portions of metal surfaces which are parallel to a face of the substrate, so that electromagnetic radiation wave components propagating within each Fabry-Perot structure, and which contribute to the coupling resonance, have a direction of propagation that is parallel to the face of the substrate.

    Abstract: A system for stabilizing a scale factor associated with an optic rotation sensor comprises an optic rotation sensor that generates an optic signal in response to a rotation of the optic rotation sensor. A sensor detection system produces a rotation signal as a function of the optic signal and rotation of the optic rotation sensor. A first waveguide guides a portion of the optic signal for an interaction length, and produces a first processed optic signal. A second waveguide receives a portion of the optic signal from first waveguide through evanescent coupling, and produces a second processed optic signal. A wavemeter detector receives the optic signals and measures the effective interferometric wavelength (EIW) of the light based on the optic signals. A scale factor correction system receives the rotation signal and the EIW, and measures the correct rotation signal by processing the rotation signal and the EIW.

    Abstract: The present disclosure relates to a spectral sensor for detection of individual light-emitting particles. The sensor is comprising an array of photo-sensitive detectors for detecting light emitted by said individual light-emitting particles and a filter array comprising a plurality of different band-stop filters. The filter array is configured to transmit wavelengths in a detectable wavelength region to the array of photo-sensitive detectors, and wherein each band-stop filter is associated with one or more particular photo-sensitive detectors, and the plurality of different band-stop filters are configured to reflect different wavelength intervals within said detectable wavelength region so that each photo-sensitive detector of the array is configured to detect the wavelengths of the detectable wavelength region other than the reflected wavelength interval of the band-stop filter being associated with the photo-sensitive detector.     Abstract: An optical arrangement has a light source, which emits a light beam along a first optical axis. A first reflector is provided, and a second reflector reflects light reflected by the first reflector. The first reflector has a transverse offset from the first optical axis to reflect light along a second optical axis which has a parallel offset of two times the transverse offset of the first optical axis. The second reflector reflects the light beam back to the first reflector along a third optical axis having a parallel offset with a fixed amount in a fixed transverse direction in relation to the second optical axis. The light beam is reflected by the first reflector along a fourth optical axis which has a parallel offset in relation to the first optical axis with a fixed amount counter to the fixed transverse direction.

    Abstract: A laser source apparatus is for providing a beam path to generate a first laser beam and a second laser beam. The laser source apparatus includes a laser generator, at least one spectrum broadening unit and a beam splitter on the beam path. The laser generator is configured to generate an original laser beam with a pulse duration smaller than 1 ps. The spectrum broadening unit is configured in a following stage of the laser generator. The spectrum broadening unit includes a multiple plate continuum. The multiple plate continuum includes a plurality of thin plates, and the thin plates are configured along the beam path in order. The beam splitter is configured in the following stage of the laser generator to divide the original laser beam into the first laser beam and the second laser beam.
