    Abstract: An agricultural mowing assembly that includes an agricultural vehicle and at least one mowing device connected to the agricultural vehicle. The at least one mowing device includes a frame and a cutter bar movably connected to the frame. The cutter bar is configured for mowing a crop material in a field. The agricultural mowing assembly also includes a cut quality detection system that includes a plurality of sensors connected to the frame and configured for sensing color variations on the field and a controller operably connected to the plurality of sensors and receiving the sensed color variations on the field from the plurality of sensors. The controller is configured for determining a cut quality of the cutter bar based upon the sensed color variations on the field.

    Abstract: The present invention relates to a color control system for controlling, in real time, the color of an article positioned on a moving carrier. The system comprises: an illuminating device configured to illuminate said moving article in successive illuminating cycles, each illuminating cycle comprising successively generating, at a given rate, a given number of lines of light having distinct spectral bands said lines of light being substantially perpendicular to the direction of movement; a detecting device configured to detect the light backscattered by the article successively illuminated by each of said lines of light, such as to generate for each dot of a given number of dots of an observation strip perpendicular to the direction of movement, a number of signals corresponding to the light backscattered by said dot; and a processing unit configured to determine at least one value representative of the color of said dot.

    Abstract: A system for measuring the spatial distribution of the spectral emission of a measurement zone of an object, comprises: a first objective; means for selecting a portion of an image formed by the first objective; a diaphragm; light-dispersing means located in the vicinity of the diaphragm and allowing the light coming from the selecting means to be dispersed; and a second objective placed between the selecting means and the diaphragm, interacting with the first objective so that the aperture of the diaphragm is optically conjugated with the measurement zone by the first and second objectives. The first objective forms an image on a predetermined Fourier surface on which each point corresponds to an emission direction of the object for one particular wavelength.     Abstract: A color measuring system includes a color measuring section configured to perform color measurement, a receiving section configured to receive designation of a color sample book, a selecting section configured to, in response to the color measurement being performed, compare colors of the color sample book and a color measured by the color measuring section and automatically select colors close to the measured color out of the color sample book, and a notifying section configured to notify the selected colors to a user as approximate colors of the measured color.
