Abstract: A method, non-transitory computer readable medium, and system that manage agricultural analysis in dynamic environments includes detecting a location of one or more agricultural objects of interest in image data of an environment captured by a sensor device during active navigation of the environment. An orientation and position of the sensor device with respect to the image data is determined. Each of the one or more agricultural objects of interest is analyzed based on the image data, the detected location of the one or more agricultural objects of interest, and the determined orientation and position of the sensor device to determine one or more characteristics about the one or more agricultural objects of interest. At least one action is initiated based on the determined one or more characteristics about the one or more agricultural objects of interest.

Abstract: A remotely-controlled (RC) and/or autonomously operated inspection device, such as a ground vehicle or drone, may capture one or more sets of imaging data indicative of at least a portion of an automotive vehicle, such as all or a portion of the undercarriage. The one or more sets of imaging data may be analyzed based upon data indicative of at least one of vehicle damage or a vehicle defect being shown in the one or more sets of imaging data. Based upon the analyzing of the one or more sets of imaging data, damage to the vehicle or a defect of the vehicle may be identified. The identified damage or defect may be compared to a claimed damage or defect to determine whether the claimed damage or defect occurred.

Abstract: A tracking target position estimation unit and a tracking target search unit that searches for a tracking target are included. The tracking target search unit calculates one or more search routes connecting a current position of the mobile device and a position where the tracking target can exist, generates a search route list in which the calculated one or more search routes are arranged from the top in order of proximity to a tracking target estimated position, and selects a search route in order from the top of the generated search route list, and moves the mobile device according to the selected search route to search for the tracking target. It is determined whether or not the tracking target has been detected based on an image captured by a camera mounted on the mobile device, and in a case where the tracking target has been detected, tracking processing is resumed.

Abstract: Some embodiments include apparatuses providing control over movement of motorized transport units at a retail facility, comprising: multiple self-propelled motorized transport units; a wireless communication network; and a central computer system, wherein the central computer system comprises: a transceiver; a control circuit; and a memory storing computer instructions that when executed cause the control circuit to: receive an override command, from a worker associated with the retail facility, to cause a first motorized transport unit of the multiple motorized transport units to implement one or more actions; confirm a valid authorization of the worker to override one or more operating limits of the first motorized transport unit; and override the one or more operating limits and communicate one or more instructions to the first motorized transport unit configured to cause the first motorized transport unit to implement the one or more actions in accordance with the override command.

Abstract: An inspection robot includes a robot body, at least two sensors, a drive module, a stability assist device and an actuator. The at least two sensors are positioned to interrogate an inspection surface and are communicatively coupled to the robot body. The drive module includes at least two wheels that engage the inspection surface. The drive module is coupled to the robot body. The stability assist device is coupled to at least one of the robot body or the drive module. The actuator is coupled to the stability assist device at a first end, and coupled to one of the drive module or the robot body at a second end. The actuator is structured to selectively move the stability assist device between a first position and a second position. The first position includes a stored position. The second position includes a deployed position.

Abstract: The present disclosure is directed toward the use of two or more autonomous vehicles, working in cooperation, to deliver an item between a source location and a destination location. For example, an autonomous ground based vehicle may transport an item from a source location to a transfer location and an autonomous aerial vehicle will transport the item from the transfer location to the destination location. The transfer location may be at any location along a navigation path between the source location and the destination location. In some examples, the transfer location may be adjacent the destination location such that the autonomous aerial vehicle is only transporting the item a short distance.
