    Abstract: An electrical connector includes a reinforcing plate, which is encapsulated by an insulating body by injection molding. Positioning structures are provided in terminal slots of the insulating body. The insulating body is made of an elastic insulating material. Multiple terminals are mounted on the positioning structures. Each metal terminal is provided with an upper contact portion and a lower contact portion. When the upper contact portions is in contact with a chip module, and the lower contact portions is in contact with a circuit board, each of the metal terminals interferes with an inner wall of the corresponding terminal slot, so as to solve the metal fatigue of the metal terminals and to ensure the strength of the metal terminals.

    Abstract: An electrical connector includes an insulating body having a first insulator and a second insulator, and multiple terminals disposed on the insulating body. A gap space is formed between the first and second insulators. The gap space is filled with air. Each terminal has a mating segment located above the first insulator, a first fixing segment extending downward from the mating segment and insert-molded into the first insulator, a connecting segment extending downward from the first fixing segment and exposed to the gap space, a second fixing segment extending downward from the connecting segment and insert-molded into the second insulator, and a positioning segment extending downward from the second fixing segment and located below the second insulator. The width of the first and second fixing segment is less than the width of at least one of the mating segment, the connecting segment and the positioning segment.

    Abstract: An electrical connector includes a body having a tongue, a row of first terminals insert-molded in the body, a depressed slot, and a positioning slot. The tongue includes a first surface having multiple receiving slots. Each first terminal has a contact portion accommodated in the receiving slot and exposed from the first surface. The first terminals include a pair of differential signal terminals and multiple non-high-speed terminals. The depressed slot is depressed from the first surface, located between contact portions of two differential signal terminals, and in communication with two adjacent receiving slots. The positioning slot is depressed from the first surface, located between contact portions of two adjacent non-high-speed terminals, or of adjacent non-high-speed terminal and differential signal terminal, and in communication with two adjacent receiving slots. The length of the positioning slot is less than the length of the depressed slot.

    Abstract: An electrical connector is used to electrically connect an electronic component to a circuit board, and includes an insulating body, at least one first terminal and at least one second terminal. The first terminal has a first base accommodated in the insulating body and a first elastic arm extending upward from the first base. The first elastic arm is used to abut the electronic component. The second terminal has a second base soldered and fixed to the first base, and a second elastic arm extending from the second base toward the first elastic arm. The second elastic arm upward abuts the first elastic arm. A lower end of the first base is provided with a first conduction portion to be electrically connected to the circuit board. A projection of the first conduction portion and a projection of the first elastic arm in a vertical direction are at least partially overlapped.

    Abstract: A circuit board includes a plurality of insulators provided horizontally side by side and at least one first electric conductor. A first accommodating space is formed between two adjacent ones of the insulators, and each of the two adjacent ones of the insulators is provided with at least one fixing portion in the first accommodating space. The first electric conductor is accommodated in the first accommodating space, and is retained in the fixing portions of the two adjacent ones of the insulators only at two sides thereof. The first electric conductor in the circuit board is used to transmit signals and surrounded with air, and compared with the conventional circuit board in which signals are transmitted through a dielectric layer, a signal transmission effect with ultra-low signal attenuation can be achieved.
