    Abstract: The present invention relates to a cleaning device assembly, including a spray gun assembly, where the spray gun assembly includes a spray gun housing, a spray gun liquid inlet for a fluid to enter and a spray gun liquid outlet for a fluid to be sprayed are provided in the spray gun housing, and the spray gun housing further includes a handle for holding; a power assembly, where the power assembly and the spray gun assembly are separately disposed, the power assembly includes a pump and a motor configured to drive the pump to work, and the power assembly further includes a fluid inlet for a fluid to enter and a fluid outlet for a pressurized fluid to be sprayed; a power supply assembly, supplying energy to the motor; and a connecting path, connected between the spray gun assembly and the power assembly, where the connecting path includes a liquid outlet pipeline connected between the spray gun liquid inlet and the fluid outlet, where the power supply assembly is independent of the power assembly, and the power supply assembly is disposed on the spray gun assembly.

    Abstract: Fluid delivery devices and methods are described, where the device may comprise a piezoelectric actuator operatively coupled to an ampoule with fluid, under a preloading force. The ampoule may comprise a thin-walled thermoplastic package which includes one or more apertures positioned on the wall of the ampoule. The piezoelectric actuator may be configured to clamp at least partially around the circumference of the ampoule and apply oscillations to its wall. The oscillations, typically in ultrasonic frequency, produce cycles of acoustic pressure in the fluid, leading to ejection of the fluid droplets or streams from the apertures.

    Abstract: A spray tip includes a body portion with an aperture extending through the body portion from an aperture inlet to an aperture outlet, and a handle portion attached to the body portion. The handle portion is configured to rotate the body portion. A retainer with an upstream end and a downstream end is positioned in the aperture of the body portion. A pre-orifice piece with an upstream end and a downstream end is positioned in the aperture of the body portion.     Abstract: In embodiments, devices are provided. The devices have a main body comprising a pressure chamber, with pressure piston and pressure spring, and a piston chamber which draws liquid from a reservoir and fills the pressure chamber as a user performs compression and release strokes. The piston chamber has both inlet and outlet valves. In a dispensing head a valve is provided to regulate the flow strength and preclude leakage. Once the liquid is sufficiently pressurized, it is dispensed by a user opening an activation valve, and spray can be abruptly stopped by closing the activation valve. In alternate embodiments, without an activation valve, once the liquid is pressurized, continuous spray occurs until the pressure chamber is fully emptied. Pumping the trigger before the pressure chamber is fully emptied achieves continuous spray. When the input volume is greater than the volume of the pressure chamber volume, continuous spray with fewer pumping strokes occurs.

    Abstract: A dual chamber backpack sprayer system includes first, second and third tanks, and a pump unit. The first tank includes a first tank housing defining an open internal volume configured to hold a diluent therein. The second tank is dimensioned to be received within the internal volume of the first tank and is configured to hold a pressurized fluid therein. The third tank includes a third tank housing configured to hold a liquid concentrate therein. The pump unit is fluidly coupled to the first tank, the second tank and the third tank. The pump unit is configured to receive the diluent from the first tank and the liquid concentrate from the third tank to produce a mixed fluid. The mixed fluid is delivered to the second tank as the pressurized fluid.

    Abstract: A backpack sprayer system includes a mounting bracket having a battery receiving fixture. A first tank is mounted to the mounting bracket and holds a diluent. A second tank is mounted to the mounting bracket and holds a liquid concentrate. The second tank is selectively, individually removable from the mounting bracket. A mixing manifold is mounted to the mounting bracket and has a first inlet fitting to receive a fixed amount of diluent and a second inlet to receive an adjustable amount of liquid concentrate. The diluent and concentrate are combined to form a mixed solution with the mixing manifold including a mixed solution outlet. A positive displacement pump is mounted to the mounting bracket and has a suction port coupled to the mixed solution outlet and a pressure port coupled with a spray device. A control unit is mounted on the mounting bracket and receives power from the battery.
