Abstract: To provide a composition which comprises a fluorinated polymer having an alicyclic ring, from which a film having excellent in-plane uniformity and small surface roughness can be formed by an electrospraying apparatus, and a method for producing a film-provided substrate using the composition. A composition comprising a fluorinated polymer having an alicyclic ring and a solvent, wherein the solvent contains at least one high boiling point solvent having a boiling point of at least 150° C., and the solvent has a dielectric constant of at least 5. And, a method for producing a film-provided substrate, which comprises applying the composition to a substrate by an electrospraying apparatus to form a film containing the fluorinated polymer.

(In the formula, R1 denotes hydrogen or a methyl group, and R2 denotes a fluorine-containing group able to be detached together with the oxygen atom bonded to R2.)

Abstract: An atomizer having an antifouling structure and an electronic cigarette having the same are disclosed. The atomizer includes a device housing and an atomizing unit disposed inside the device housing. The device housing defines therein a liquid storage chamber configured for storing tobacco liquid. The atomizing unit is configured for atomizing the tobacco liquid to produce an aerosol. The device housing further includes an aerosol channel in communication with the atomizing unit and is configured for expelling the aerosol. The antifouling structure mainly includes a hydrophobic oleophobic surface or super oleophobic surface formed on an inner wall of a member forming the aerosol channel or the liquid storage chamber. The antifouling structure prevents condensed droplets from accumulating and adhering to the inner wall of the aerosol channel or the liquid storage chamber, thereby avoiding users inhaling the condensed droplets into their mouths when smoking next time.

Abstract: Provided is a coating composition containing: water; a water-soluble organic solvent that has a flash pint of at least 80° C. and not more than 200° C. and dissolves a fluorine resin; a fluorine resin; hydrophilic silica particles; and hydrophobic silica particles. The hydrophilic silica particles are preferably contained in the coating composition in an amount of at least 0.001 mass % and not more than 1 mass %. The average particle diameter of the hydrophilic silica particles is preferably at least 5 nm and not more than 30 nm.
