    Abstract: A micro-electromechanical systems pump includes a first substrate, a first oxide layer, a second substrate, and a piezoelectric element. The first oxide layer is stacked on the first substrate. The second substrate is combined with the first substrate, and the second substrate includes a silicon wafer layer, a second oxide layer, and a silicon material layer. The silicon wafer layer has an actuation portion. The actuation portion is circular and has a maximum stress value and an actuation stress value. The second oxide layer is formed on the silicon wafer layer. The silicon material layer is located at the second oxide layer and is combined with the first oxide layer. The piezoelectric element is stacked on the actuation portion, and has a piezoelectric stress value. The maximum stress value is greater than the actuation stress value, and the actuation stress value is greater than the piezoelectric stress value.

    Abstract: A method of air quality notification is disclosed. The method includes steps of providing a portable air quality monitoring device for monitoring air quality. The portable air quality monitoring device monitors the ambient air quality at a location in a monitoring period of time to generate a monitoring data, and has a GPS component to generate a position data of the location, both of them can be integrated as a notification data and delivered. A cloud data processing device is provided for receiving the notification data delivered from the portable air quality monitoring device, wherein the notification data is processed, calculated and converted to generate a push data, and the push data is delivered at a push period through a push notification service. A notification receiving device is provided for receiving the push data delivered from the cloud data processing device, so as to display the push data immediately.

    Abstract: A miniature fluid actuator is disclosed and includes a substrate, a chamber layer, a carrying layer and a piezoelectric assembly. The substrate has an inlet. The chamber layer is formed on the substrate and includes a first chamber in communication with the inlet, a resonance layer and a second chamber. The resonance layer has a central aperture in communication between the first chamber and the second chamber.     Abstract: A piezoelectric actuator includes a square suspension plate, an outer frame, a plurality of brackets and a square piezoelectric ceramic plate. The outer frame is arranged around the suspension plate. A second surface of the outer frame and a second surface of the suspension plate are coplanar with each other. Each of the plurality of brackets has two ends, a first end is perpendicular to and connected with the suspension plate, and a second end is perpendicular to and connected with the outer frame for elastically supporting the suspension plate. Each bracket has a length in a range between 1.22 mm and 1.45 mm and a width in a range between 0.2 mm and 0.6 mm.     Abstract: A miniature transportation device is disclosed and includes a gas inlet plate, a resonance plate and a piezoelectric actuator, which are stacked on each other sequentially. The gas inlet plate comprises at least one inlet, at least one convergence channel and a convergence chamber. The convergence channel is in fluid communication with the inlet and the convergence channel. The resonance plate comprises a central aperture. A chamber gap is formed between the resonance plate and the piezoelectric actuator to define a first chamber. When the piezoelectric actuator is enabled, the gas is fed into the miniature gas transportation device through the inlet of the gas inlet plate, converged to the convergence chamber through the convergence channel, transferred through the central aperture of the resonance plate, introduced into the first chamber, and transferred along a transportation direction through a vacant space of the piezoelectric actuator to be discharged continuously.

    Abstract: A gas transportation device is provided and includes an outer housing, a valve body and an actuator.     Abstract: A gas detecting module is disclosed. A gas-inlet concave and a gas-outlet concave are formed on a sidewall of a base. A gas-inlet-groove region and a gas-outlet-groove region are formed on a surface of the base. The gas-inlet concave is in communication with a gas-inlet groove of the gas-inlet-groove region, and the gas-outlet concave is in communication a gas-outlet groove of the gas-outlet-groove region. The gas-inlet-groove region and the gas-outlet-groove region are covered by a thin film to achieve the effectiveness of laterally inhaling and discharging out gas relative to the gas detecting module.
