    Abstract: A pixel circuit for performing Time of Flight measurements comprises at least one optical sensor arranged for receiving a reference modulation signal and a light signal and arranged for outputting a photocurrent signal depending on the light signal and on a phase shift corresponding to a phase difference between the light signal and the reference modulation signal, and an integrator circuit comprising an integration capacitor, an amplifier, and switching mean. The switching means is arranged for resetting the integration capacitor in a reset mode, for connecting the integration capacitor between the at least one optical sensor and a voltage reference signal in a passive mode. The negative feedback loop is fed with the photocurrent signal of the at least one optical sensor, and for connecting a signal output by the integrator circuit to an output bus in a readout mode.

    Abstract: An electronic device for measuring an ambient temperature (Tair) of the environment of an electronic device is described. It comprises at least one integrated infrared sensor, a blinded window preventing infrared radiation to directly impinge on the integrated infrared sensor and being in thermal contact with the environment as well as with a cover of the device resulting in the blinded window being at a surface temperature (Tsurface). The at least one integrated infrared sensor is adapted for sensing the temperature of the blinded window (Tsurface). The device also comprises at least one absolute temperature sensor for measuring a temperature of the at least one infrared sensor (Tsensor) itself, and a processing means for determining a temperature difference (ΔT) between the sensed surface temperature (Tsurface) and the temperature of the infrared sensor (Tsensor) and for calculating based thereon the ambient temperature (Tair).

    Abstract: The present invention relates to an integrated circuit device for controlling LIN slave nodes based on a control signal transmitted by a LIN master control device. The IC device comprises a slave node circuit for processing the control signal when received in the form of a LIN message frame via a first data line terminal.     Abstract: A toggled buffer memory apparatus comprising a first memory block (134) arranged to support the first memory function over a first time frame and to toggle to support the second memory function over a second time frame. A second memory block (136) is also arranged to support the second memory function over the first time frame and to toggle to support the first memory function over the second time frame. A data input and a self-test block are respectively operably and selectively coupled to the first and second memory blocks. At least one of the signals is an electrical signal representative of an electrical quantity. A counter is arranged to count a number of cycles produced by the oscillator.     Abstract: An infrared sensor assembly for sensing infrared radiation comprises infrared sensing elements and the infrared sensing compensation elements that are different so that, for a same flux on the infrared sensing elements and the infrared sensing compensation elements, the radiation responsive element of the infrared sensing elements absorbs more radiation than the radiation responsive element of the infrared sensing compensation elements, as to receive substantially more radiation than the radiation responsive element of the infrared sensing compensation elements. An output of the sensor array is a subtractive function of a sum of the signals of the plurality of infrared sensing elements and a sum of the signals of the plurality of the infrared sensing compensation elements such that at least linear and/or non-linear parasitic thermal fluxes are at least partly compensated for.
