Abstract: The present invention relates to an adhesive label intended to be secured to a blood bag made of PVC, Kraton, polypropylene or the like, wherein the adhesive label comprises a flexible support and a layer of pressure-sensitive adhesive deposited on one of the surfaces of the support; wherein the label is noteworthy in that the support has a mineral filler rate of silica and/or calcium carbonate (CaCO3) and/or the like, of less than 50%, and wherein at 115° C., the support has an elongation greater than or equal to 2% when a test piece 1.5 cm wide of the support is suspended under tension by a weight of 375 g for 75 minutes, and wherein the blood bag at 115° C. has an elongation of at least 100% when a 1.5 cm wide test piece of a blood bag is suspended under tension by a weight of 375 g for 75 minutes.

Abstract: The present disclosure provides a method of constructing an electrochromic lens which simplifies the steps of applying the electrochromic electrode coatings onto the lens elements. An electrochromic lens is constructed by applying an electrochromic electrode film onto the inner surfaces of facing lens elements and then sandwiching an electrochromic material between the lens elements. The films include a release liner having a release coating, an adhesive coating overlying the release coating of the release liner, an indium tin oxide (ITO) coating overlying the adhesive coating, and an active electrochromic electrode (EE) coating or active electrochromic electrode (ECE) coating overlying said ITO film coating. The release liner is removed and the remaining layers of the film are adhered to the lens.

Abstract: Provided are an adhesive composition suitable for a hot-melt adhesive which has a low tack and which after adhering to an adherend and through heat treatment comes to have sufficient adhesive force; and an adhesive product using the adhesive composition. The hot-melt adhesive composition includes an acrylic block copolymer (I) having at least one polymer block (A) including methacrylic acid ester units and at least one polymer block (B) including acrylic acid ester units, wherein the acrylic acid ester units constituting the polymer block (B) contain an acrylic acid ester (1) represented by CH2═CH—COOR1 (1) (wherein R1 is an organic group having 1 to 3 carbon atoms) and an acrylic acid ester (2) represented by CH2═CH—COOR2 (2) (wherein R2 is an organic group having 4 to 12 carbon atoms), and a mass ratio (1)/(2) of the acrylic acid ester (1) to the acrylic acid ester (2) is 90/10 to 25/75.

Abstract: The pressure-sensitive-adhesive-layer-attached polarizing film of the present invention has, in this order, a polarizer containing a polyvinyl alcohol-based resin, a transparent resin layer containing a polyvinyl alcohol-based resin, and a pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, wherein the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is formed from a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition containing at least 0.1 parts by weight of an alkali metal salt with respect to 100 parts by weight of a base polymer, and satisfying the general expression (Y/X)≦3, where X is the abundance ratio of the alkali metal salt in a center part in the thickness direction of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and Y is the abundance ratio of the alkali metal salt in the interface between the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer and the transparent resin layer. In the pressure-sensitive-adhesive-layer-attached polarizing film, the anchoring power of the transparent resin layer and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is good, and the antistatic function of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer is also good.

Abstract: Provided are a pressure-sensitive adhesive composition, a protective film, an optical device, and a display device. The pressure-sensitive adhesive composition may exhibit suitable low speed and high speed peel-off strengths after forming a crosslinking structure, and have an excellent balance between them. Accordingly, the pressure-sensitive adhesive composition may exhibit an excellent protective effect when applied to a protective film, may be easily peeled in a high speed peel-off and thus advantageous for the high speed process, and may exhibit an excellent antistatic characteristic.

Abstract: An adhesive sheet for laser dicing is provided that is capable of, in laser dicing by irradiation with laser light through the adhesive sheet, suppressing laser light scattering in the adhesive sheet while allowing easy chip division by expanding the adhesive sheet and enables inhibition of dust attachment during chip division for chip production in high yields. The present invention provides an adhesive sheet for laser dicing, including a substrate film having a back layer containing a friction reducing agent and an antistatic agent on one surface and having an adhesive layer on another surface, wherein the back layer has a surface with arithmetic mean roughness Ra of 0.1 μm or less, the sheet has a tensile modulus of elasticity at 23° C. from 50 to 200 MPa, and the sheet has a parallel transmittance of 85% or more in a wavelength range from 400 to 1400 nm.
