    Abstract: A control device of the invention is applied for a hybrid vehicle comprising an internal combustion engine, a motor and a rotational position detector to detect a rotational position of a rotary shaft of the motor. The control device performs a procedure for obtaining an offset amount according to a request for obtaining the offset amount, which offset amount is a difference between a detected rotational position of the rotary shaft with the rotational position detector and an actual rotational position of the rotary shaft. The control device is configured to perform the procedure for obtaining the offset amount while the engine is running, when the vehicle stops and the control device determines that there is the request for obtaining the offset amount.

    Abstract: A vehicle, including a motor having a rotor, a resolver that detects a rotation angle of the rotor and a control device, and a control method for the vehicle are provided. The control device executes rectangular-wave control over the motor using the rotation angle of the rotor, detected by the resolver, executes zero learning for learning a deviation between an origin of an actual rotation angle of the rotor and an origin of the detected rotation angle of the rotor, corrects the detected rotation angle of the rotor on the basis of a result of the zero learning, and, when the zero learning has not been completed yet, executes avoidance control for avoiding a rapid variation in output of the motor.

    Abstract: Commercial AC voltage applied to an input terminal (90) from a commercial power supply external to the vehicle is boosted by a transformer (86) to a voltage level higher than the voltage (VB) of an electricity storage device (B) to be applied to neutral points (N1, N2). In a charging mode of the electricity storage device (B) from a commercial power supply, all npn transistors of an inverter (20, 30) are turned off. The AC voltage applied to the neutral points (N1, N2) is rectified by an anti-parallel diode of the inverter (20, 30) to be supplied onto a power supply line (PL2). A boost converter (10) controls the charging current from the power supply line (PL2) towards the electricity storage device (B).
