Abstract:
The battery charge/discharge current detection apparatus has a power supply circuit powered by a battery mounted on a vehicle and configured to detect a charge/discharge current of the battery by use of a current detecting resistor connected between a negative terminal of the battery and a ground. The battery charge/discharge current detection apparatus includes a first function of detecting a voltage across the voltage detecting resistor, a second function of detecting a charge/discharge current of the battery on the basis of the voltage detected by the first function, a third function of detecting presence of an abnormality of the current detecting resistor, and a fourth function of informing an abnormality detected by the third function to the outside. The battery-side negative terminal of the power supply circuit is connected to the negative terminal of the battery.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a caulked assembly to be manufactured at low cost, and maintain sufficient caulking strength, and the manufacturing method and apparatus thereof. The manufacturing method comprises steps of forming a mounting hole for inserting and assembling a columnar body in a metal plate body, and forming a thick part along an inner circumferential edge of a mounting hole; forming a circumferential groove with a predetermined depth at an assembled position of a outer circumferential surface of the columnar body inserted into the mounting hole; inserting the columnar body into the mounting hole to set to the assembled position where the thick part is opposed to the circumferential groove; and caulking for compressively pressing the thick part from an axial direction of the columnar body to plastically deform the thick part in a center direction of the mounting hole to bite the thick part into the circumferential groove.

Abstract:
There is provided a lighting device excellent in mass productivity and capable of significantly reducing a production cost and allowing easy provision of a light-weight and large-size lighting device as well as improving a degree of freedom in choosing materials and exhibiting an adequate heat dissipation effect. A heat dissipation portion is obtained by press-working a metal plate. For example, the heat dissipation portion is configured by press-deforming the metal plate into a substantially dome-like shape having a vertically extending peak portion and a vertically extending valley portion that are peripherally and consecutively formed, by repeatedly bending the metal plate along a circumferential direction into a wave shape and concurrently warping the metal plate in an axial direction such that the outer peripheral side of the metal plate is positioned closer to the tip in the axial direction than the central side thereof.

Abstract:
A circuit board to be attached to a support such as a case body is provided. The circuit board has formed therein a mounting hole which is so designed as to permit a thermally deformable stud to protrude through the mounting hole and also to be thermoplastically staked to mount the board to the support. A layer is printed on the board by means of silk screen printing at a distance from the mounting hole. In a case where a moisture-proof and insulating material is applied over a surface of the board, the printed layer servers to block a flow of the moisture-proof and insulating material into the mounting hole. This avoids a reduction in strength of fastening the board to the support. The printed layer may also be used in visually inspecting a failure in thermoplastic staking to mount the board to the support.
