Abstract:
A computer system for connecting a user to a scheduled call, including a processor in communication with non-volatile memory and code for receiving a user phone number where the user may be contacted and information allowing access to the user's calendar or email, code for accessing the user's calendar or email and identifying the scheduled call in the user's calendar or email, the scheduled call having information including at least a scheduled call number and a scheduled call time, code for placing a call to the scheduled call number before the scheduled call time, code for placing a call to the user at the user phone number before the scheduled call time, code for confirming the user has answered the call to the user, and code for connecting the call to the user to the call to the scheduled call number.
Abstract:
Systems, methods and software products manage a commercial email message by (a) intercepting, within add-in software installed into an email client of a user, a request to send the commercial email message addressed to an addressee, (b) searching for an email address of the addressee within an unsubscribe list, and (c) if the email address is found in the unsubscribe list, removing the addressee from the commercial email message prior to sending the commercial email message.
Abstract:
A system for processing a call originated by a call originator to a call target. The system having an information processor configured to receive origination information for the call including identifying information of the call originator. The system further having a database storing modified call originator identifying information indexed by call modification triggers. The information processor is further configured to access the database, to determine at least one of the call modification triggers is satisfied according to the origination information, and to retrieve modified call originator identifying information indexed to the at least one satisfied call modification trigger, for transmission to the call target.
Abstract:
A system, method and software product punctuates voicemail transcription text. A transcription text of the voicemail message is generated and the pauses between words of the transcribed text are determined. Ellipses are inserted into the transcription text at the position of “er” and “ahh” type words and pauses between words of the transcribed text.

Abstract:
A system for modular gardening including a water module having a reservoir coupled to an aperture such that water in the reservoir flows out the water module via the aperture. The system also including a plant module having a housing having an aperture arranged to transfer water with another module and further having an open region on a top surface of the housing, a first conduit within the housing coupling the aperture and a regulator, a second conduit coupled to the regulator, the second conduit providing water to one or more water absorbent layers arranged atop the second conduit, and plant life at least partially embedded in at least one of the one or more water absorbent layers and receiving light through the open region.
Abstract:
Systems, methods and software product control voicemail transcription from a communication device. An audio mode is monitored within the communication device to determine a change in status between a sound-on mode and a sound-off mode. Automatic transcription of voicemail messages is enabled if the audio mode status transitions from sound-on to sound-off and automatic transcription of voicemail messages is disabled if the audio mode status transitions from sound-off to sound-on.
Abstract:
A computer for processing a call originated by a call originator to a call target. The computer includes memory having at least one region for storing computer executable program code and processor for executing the program code stored in the memory. The program code includes code for processing a telephone number of the call target, code for accessing a database storing a plurality of outgoing telephone numbers, code for identifying one of the plurality of outgoing telephone numbers based on the telephone number of the call target, and code for originating the outbound call to the call target and including the identified outgoing telephone number into a caller ID field of the outbound call.
Abstract:
A system or method for securely transcribing voicemail messages includes answering a call within a secure communication provider, the secure communication provider recording audio of the call, sending the audio to a voicemail transcription service via a secure communication link, transcribing the audio into text, and sending the text to the secure communication provider via the secure communication link, the audio and the text not being permanently stored and not being available for interpretation by humans during this transcription method.
