The temperature measurement method includes capturing, by a temperature measurement device, a first sampling temperature of a first measurement position surface of a subject body and a second sampling temperature of a second measurement position surface of the subject body, the first measurement position surface and the second measurement position surface are where body surfaces of the subject have different thermal dissipation rates when in contact with the air; computing an original measured temperature according to the first sampling temperature; computing a compensated temperature, the compensated temperature including a temperature difference compensation value that is computed according to a difference between the first sampling temperature and the second sampling temperature; and correcting the original measured temperature according to the compensated temperature to obtain the measured temperature.

Abstract: A reflecting shell includes a hollow joint unit, a hollow guide unit and a hollow receiving unit. The hollow joint unit has a stationary part at one end, and the stationary part is detachably connected to a detecting part of a measuring device. One end of the hollow guide unit is connected to the other end of the hollow joint unit, and an internal wall of the hollow guide unit has a first reflective surface and a second reflective surface, in which the first reflective surface and the second reflective surface correspond to each other. One end of the hollow receiving unit is connected to the other end of the hollow guide unit. Heat radiation from a heat source enters the hollow guide unit, and the heat radiation is transmitted to the detecting part by the reflection of the first reflective surface and the second reflective surface.

Abstract: The instant disclosure provides a probe cover dispensing device including a base and an elastic element. The base includes a housing unit, a probe cover dispensing unit and a connection unit disposed between the housing unit and the probe cover dispensing unit. The probe cover dispenser unit can rotate between a first predetermined position and a second predetermined position relative to the housing unit through the connection unit. The elastic element is disposed in the housing unit to apply a pressure on a probe cover which is disposed in the housing unit. The probe cover is abutted by the elastic element and limited in the housing unit. When the probe cover dispensing unit rotates from the first predetermined position to the second predetermined position, a sliding groove may be formed between the housing unit and the probe cover dispenser unit for the probe cover to slide therein.

Abstract: A probe thermometer comprises a main body, a probe, a self-tapping thread, a temperature sensing unit and a display unit. The interior of the main body has a circuit board. The probe includes a measuring end and a coupling end which couples the main body. The self-tapping thread is formed on the measuring end. The temperature sensing unit is disposed within the probe and the temperature sensing unit is electrically connected to the circuit board. The display unit is disposed on the main body. The display unit, the temperature sensing unit and the circuit board are electrically connected. Thereby, the probe thermometer of the instant disclosure is convenient and effectively reduces cost.

Abstract: An ear thermometer capable of identifying an infrared transmittance of a probe cover is provided and includes an ear thermometer body, a probe, and a plurality of activation elements. The probe is disposed on the ear thermometer body. A closed end of the probe cover is used for infrared transmittance, and the probe cover has different infrared transmittances according to a thickness variation thereof. The activation elements are disposed on the ear thermometer body and configured to detect the infrared transmittance of the probe cover. Each of the activation elements includes an ON state and an OFF state so that the activation elements are arranged to form different sensor combinations, which respectively correspond to different infrared transmittances, and any two of the different sensor combinations have the two corresponding infrared transmittances that are different from one another.
