Abstract: The present application discloses an oscillation device and a method for oscillation thereof, in which a control signal is generated from a control circuit to a ring oscillation circuit. The ring oscillation circuit generates an oscillation signal with a first signal frequency at start up oscillation, firstly. Further, the ring oscillation circuit modulates an oscillation frequency to drive the oscillation signal change from the first signal frequency to a higher second signal frequency. Abstract: The present invention relates a multi-shot time-to-digital converter and a time-measurement device. The multi-shot time-to-digital converter includes a time-to-digital conversion circuit and a timing control circuit. The timing control circuit is coupled to the time-to-digital conversion circuit and sending a start signal to the time-to-digital conversion circuit multiple times for measuring a time interval corresponding to the start signal. The time-to-digital conversion circuit obtains a fine phase time based on a plurality of clock signals to measure the time interval and provides a plurality of time-to-digital codes for digital processing. The clock signals have different phases. The time-to-digital codes are further processed to obtain the time-to-digital codes with better resolution.

Abstract: An optical sensing device is provided. The optical sensing device includes an optical sensing element and a detection circuit. Abstract: A range detection device and a method for range detection thereof are disclosed. An optical sensing element receives a reflected signal of external light signal for triggering a transformation element to generate an electrical signal of receiving detection. Range detection data are generated to an operation processing unit according to the electrical signal of receiving detection and an electrical signal of reference. A plurality of first item data of the range detection data are compressed and operated to generate a plurality of first operation data to be stored as stored data. Further, the first item data correspond to a plurality of first storage addresses. The first operation data correspond to a plurality of second storage addresses. A first address amount of the first storage addresses is greater than a second address amount of the second storage addresses. Thereby, more storage addresses will be spared and hence extending the detection range.
