Abstract:
A double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a first pressure-sensitive layer 30 that serves as a pressure-sensitive adhesive surface to a surface plate; a second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 40 that serves as a pressure-sensitive adhesive surface to a polishing member; and a substrate 20 between the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 30 and the second pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 40. In the double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 10 having such a layer structure, the loop tack adhesive strength of the first pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 30 is 16 N/50 mm or less.
Abstract:
For realizing a satisfactory and stable developing process, the charge state of a developer and the density of toner particles contained in the developer is kept constant in the developing process. A developing roller to be driven rotationally is provided in a developing tank containing a developer. The developer is sucked magnetically using the magnetic force of a magnet provided in a developing sleeve composing the developing roller. The developer is then fed into a developing area opposed to a photosensitive member, then collected into the developing tank after the developing process is ended. The magnet is composed of an odd number of magnetic poles; developing pole, feeding pole, magnetic force distribution adjusting pole, developer sucking pole, developer separating pole, auxiliary collecting pole, and collecting pole. Between the sucking pole and the developing pole, an even number of poles are disposed. Between the developing pole and the separating pole are disposed an even number of poles. Consequently, the developer used for visualizing an image is separated while it is stuck on the developing sleeve when the developer is separated at the separating pole. When the developer is replaced, sticking of toner on the developing sleeve can be reduced significantly. In addition, the supplied developer is fixed in both toner density and charging level at the developing pole in developing.
Abstract:
An apparatus, which has a second memory for storing data and which calls for the stored data from the second memory so as to output the data, is provided with an inputted-time storing means for storing in the means the times at which respective data were stored, a timer for counting time, a compression processing section, and a compressed-time measuring section for storing the times at which the compression processing section carried out its compressing operations. In accordance with information from the inputted-time storing means, the timer and the compressed-time measuring section, the compression processing section detects data whose compressing times have been due from the data stored the second memory, and carries out processes on the selected data in order to increase the remaining amount of the second memory. Thus, it becomes possible to maintain necessary data efficiently using the limited storage capacity of the second memory, without imposing a greater workload on the user.
Abstract:
A portable image processing apparatus includes a sheet holding section formed so as to have a substantially cylindrical shape, a holding roller for cylindrically holding a sheet along a side of the sheet holding section, a sheet carrying section with a doughnut-like shape, a printing section fixed in an opposite position to the side of the sheet holding section, a stepping motor for scanning for rotating the sheet holding section which holds a sheet on an axis of a cylinder, and a stepping motor for carrying for rotating the sheet carrying section from its inner circumference towards its outer circumference in order to transfer the sheet parallel to the axis of the sheet holding section. As a result, the apparatus is miniaturized, thereby making it possible to improve its portability.
Abstract:
The double-faced adhesive tape has a substrate, an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, a rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and a first release liner that is formed on an external side of the rubber pressure-sensitive adhesive layer, and a second release liner that is formed on an external side of the acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive layer. The first release liner each has a polymer layer and a paper substrate layer. Further, the second release liner each has a polymer layer and a paper substrate layer. Dynamic friction coefficient on the surface of each polymer layer is less than 1.0, when the coefficient is measured according to JIS K7125.
Abstract:
An excellent image forming state is secured constantly regardless of the history of an image forming unit installed. When a new drum cartridge is installed in a copying machine during a standby pending operation of a copy switch on a control panel, CPU reads the number of rotations of a photoreceptor drum from a memory of the drum cartridge, and updates a count of a counter C with the number of rotations read. When the copy switch is operated, CPU derives a grid voltage corresponding to the count of counter C from a relationship between the number of rotations of photoreceptor drum and the grid voltage of the electrostatic charger pre-stored in ROM, executes an image forming process by setting the grid voltage derived to a high-voltage source, and adds the number of rotations of photoreceptor drum made in the current image forming process to the count of counter C.
