Abstract: The present invention is directed to the provision of a therapeutically active composition having diuretic and renal vasodialator properties. The composition contains as its active ingredient a (substituted) aminoalkylsulfate ester. Such an ester is of extremely low toxicity and has a high therapeutic index.
