Abstract: A nutritional composition comprising at least one protein, at least one macronutrient other than the at least one protein, and micronized calcium phosphate. The micronized calcium phosphate has a median particle size from about 0.20 to about 1.20 micrometers and may modify the viscosity of the nutritional composition. The micronization of the calcium phosphate may provide for increased bioavailability of calcium and phosphate and protein stability in the nutritional composition.
