Abstract: Disclosed is a rake-free thickening device including driving area. The device includes a feed assembly, a diversion assembly and a clean coal collection assembly. The clean coal collection assembly includes a driving area. The diversion assembly includes a central tank. Slime water passes through the feed assembly and flows with a medicament from an upper part of the central tank to a middle of the central tank, and then diffuses around. Bubbles carry the fine slime up after reacting. The driving zone drives the dispersed bubbles to a defoaming zone located in the middle of the central tank. The slime water in the central tank flows through the central tank after defoaming. With the continuously filling of slime water, the slime water above the central tank overflows the central tank to the clean coal collection assembly within the diversion and settlement area.

Abstract: Bidirectional circularly polarized antenna element and bidirectional circularly polarized array antenna are provided, and comprising a dielectric substrate, a feeder, a radiation patch, a first plane, a second plane, a first coupling assembly and a second coupling assembly which are embedded in the surface of the dielectric substrate. The first plane and the second plane of the antenna element are kept at different heights, and compared with the solution that two planes at the same height can only generate linear polarization radiation in the prior art, the circular polarization radiation can be generated, which solves the problem of linear polarization mismatch. Furthermore, two coupling assemblies are introduced into two sides of the radiation patch to enable the coupling effect with the radiation patch, such that the frequency bandwidth of the circularly polarized antenna can be greatly improved without increasing the size of the antenna.

Abstract: A coal and gangue identification device is disclosed. The device includes a rotary supporting frame, a water injection unit, a weighing unit, a liquid level detection device and a processing module. Abstract: Disclosed is a reverse flow multi-stage sedimentation rake-free thickening device relating to the field of slime water treatment. The device includes a feed assembly, a guide assembly, and a clean coal collection assembly. The guide assembly also includes a central tank body and coal slurry flows from the upper part of the central tank body to the inner side wall of the central tank body through the feed assembly and the medicament, and then flows to the middle of the central tank body through the guide assembly. After the reaction, the bubbles carry the fine coal slime and move up to the clean coal collection assembly. The clean coal collection assembly is located above the outlet of the guide assembly, and the clean coal collection assembly is sequentially provided with a central collection area, a defoaming area, and a diversion settlement area from the middle to the outside.

Abstract: The present invention proposes a coal and gangue separation device, including a first supporting seat, a guide part and multiple material bins. The guide part is hinged with the first supporting seat; the guide part rotates in a vertical direction; and inlets of the plurality of material bins are sequentially distributed on a rotation track of a movable end of the guide part. In the coal and gangue separation device of the present invention, the high-pressure airflow of a high-pressure nozzle does not directly act on the materials, but on grate bar driving mechanisms; and cantilever grate bars are driven to rotate by the grate bar driving mechanisms so as to directionally discharge the mineral aggregate. Therefore, the gangue can accurately enter a gangue collection bin; and the clean coal can accurately enter a clean coal collection bin.

Abstract: Disclosed is a multi-stage sedimentation rake-free thickening device. The device includes a central tank. A diversion sedimentation zone is arranged on the outside of the center tank. The diversion sedimentation zone includes an annular diversion sedimentation screen and a concentrated magnetic shower. The annular diversion sedimentation screen includes an annular groove spirally arranged around a central groove body. The annular groove is sequentially arranged with second spoiler baffles along the length direction. The lower bottom plate of the annular groove is also provided with second underflow discharge port. Multiple second inclined plate diversion discharge pipe is arranged under the corresponding second underflow discharge ports. The outlets of all the second inclined plate guide discharge pipes are collected to the second underflow discharge pipe, and the settled water is discharged from the second overflow discharge pipe arranged at the end of the annular groove.
