Abstract: A heat exchanger and an air conditioning system having same, the heat exchanger including: a first manifold and a second manifold disposed at one and the same side of the heat exchanger; and multiple heat exchange tubes, each heat exchange tube including: two ends, the two ends respectively being a first end and a second end, the first end and second end being respectively connected to and in fluid communication with the first manifold and the second manifold; and multiple heat exchange parts, the multiple heat exchange parts including a first heat exchange part and a second heat exchange part, the first heat exchange part and second heat exchange part being respectively connected to and in fluid communication with the first end and the second end; in a lengthwise direction of the first manifold or second manifold, the ends of the multiple heat exchange tubes includes at least one pair of adjacently arranged first ends and/or at least one pair of adjacently arranged second ends. Heat exchange performance is thereby improved.

Abstract: A heat exchanger and an air conditioning system having the same. The heat exchanger includes at least one of a first heat exchanger unit and a second heat exchanger unit, and the heat exchanger has a V-shaped or inverted V-shaped shape. The first heat exchanger unit includes a first heat exchanger core segment and a second heat exchanger core segment, which are arranged side by side and each have heat exchange tube(s) and fin(s). A size of the first heat exchanger core segment of the first heat exchanger unit is larger than or equal to that of the second heat exchanger core segment of the first heat exchanger unit. The second heat exchanger unit includes a first heat exchanger core segment, a second heat exchanger core segment and a third heat exchanger core segment each having heat exchange tube(s) and fin(s), the first heat exchanger core segment and the third heat exchanger core segment being arranged side by side with the second heat exchanger core segment in a first direction of the second heat exchanger unit, respectively. A size of the first heat exchanger core segment and a size of the third heat exchanger core segment of the second heat exchanger unit are smaller than or equal to that of the second heat exchanger core segment of the second heat exchanger unit, respectively. With the heat exchanger according to the present invention, the heat exchange performance can be improved.

Abstract: A pipe clamp assembly and a heat exchanger having same with the pipe clamp assembly including a first pipe clamp member and a second pipe clamp member. The first pipe clamp member includes a first mounting surface located on a first side of the first pipe clamp member, and a second mounting surface located on a second side, opposite the first side, of the first pipe clamp member, and the second pipe clamp member includes a mounting surface facing the first pipe clamp member, and the mounting surface of the second pipe clamp member and the second mounting surface of the first pipe clamp member are used for clamping a pipe between the mounting surface of the second pipe clamp member and the second mounting surface of the first pipe clamp member. By using the pipe clamp assembly and the heat exchanger, the risk of the inlet pipe and outlet pipe being scrapped due to puncturing from spot-welding and the risk of later failure due to damage to the inlet pipe and outlet pipe from spot-welding are both avoided, and the pipe clamp assembly and heat exchanger are simple to mount and easy to implement.

Abstract: A manifold for a heat exchanger and a heat exchanger wherein the manifold includes: a pipe having an end portion; an end cover disposed at the end portion of the pipe and closing the end portion of the pipe to define an inner cavity in the pipe; and a discharge passage including: a first end opening into the inner cavity of the pipe, and a second end located at or adjacent to an end of the manifold and positioned at an outer peripheral surface of the manifold. According to embodiments of the disclosure, the stacking mounting of the heat exchangers in the axial direction of the manifold and the mounting of the heat exchanger with the end cover of the manifold contacting the ground can be achieved.

Abstract: Disclosed in the present invention are a header assembly for a heat exchanger, and a heat exchanger. The header assembly includes: a header, having: a header wall, and a recess on the header wall or an opening penetrating the header wall at an end of the header wall; an end cap disposed at the end of the header wall to close the end of the header, the end cap having a hole, the opening or recess being at a side of the end cap that faces an end face of the end of the header wall; a distribution pipe, comprising a distribution part and a connection part, the connection part projecting from the end cap through the hole of the end cap from the distribution part; and a positioning member having a first end and a second end, the first end of the positioning member being connected to the connection part of the distribution pipe, and the second end of the positioning member being engaged in the opening or recess of the header wall of the header. By using the header assembly and the heat exchanger according to the embodiments of the present invention, the quality of the heat exchanger may be improved.
