Abstract: A heat exchange assembly and an air conditioning system having the same. The heat exchange assembly includes a heat exchanger and a water guide device. The heat exchanger includes a first heat exchanger core and a second heat exchanger core. The first heat exchanger core includes a plurality of first heat exchange tubes, the second heat exchanger core is located on one side of the first heat exchanger core in a thickness direction of the first heat exchanger core and comprises a plurality of second heat exchange tubes, and a lower edge of the second heat exchanger core is higher than a lower edge of the first heat exchanger core. The water guide device includes a first water guide device, wherein at least part of the first water guide device is arranged below the second heat exchanger core and used for receiving and guiding condensed water from the second heat exchanger core. The heat exchange assembly and the air conditioning system according to the present disclosure reduce the risk of the condensed water being blown out of the heat exchanger core with a higher lower edge.

Abstract: A heat exchanger and an air conditioning system having the same are disclosed. The heat exchanger includes a manifold extending in a first direction, the manifold having a first opening penetrating the pipe wall of the manifold; a tubular member arranged side by side with the manifold, the tubular member having a second opening penetrating the pipe wall of the tubular member; and a connecting pipe assembly, wherein the connecting pipe assembly includes a connecting pipe, the connecting pipe extending in a second direction that intersects with the first direction and being provided with a first end portion and a second end portion which are opposite each other; and a first flange portion and a second flange portion which extend radially outward from the first end portion and the second end portion, respectively. The surface of the first flange portion that faces the manifold is connected to the outer surface of the pipe wall of the manifold, and the surface of the second flange portion that faces the tubular member is connected to the outer surface of the pipe wall of the tubular member, so that the manifold and the tubular member are in fluid communication by means of the first opening, the connecting pipe, and the second opening. Therefore, the quality of the heat exchanger is improved, and the process difficulty is reduced.

The second heat exchanger unit includes a first heat exchanger core segment, a second heat exchanger core segment and a third heat exchanger core segment each having heat exchange tube(s) and fin(s), the first heat exchanger core segment and the third heat exchanger core segment being arranged side by side with the second heat exchanger core segment in a first direction of the second heat exchanger unit, respectively. A size of the first heat exchanger core segment and a size of the third heat exchanger core segment of the second heat exchanger unit are smaller than or equal to that of the second heat exchanger core segment of the second heat exchanger unit, respectively. With the heat exchanger according to the present invention, the heat exchange performance can be improved.

Abstract: A pipe clamp assembly and a heat exchanger having same with the pipe clamp assembly including a first pipe clamp member and a second pipe clamp member. The first pipe clamp member includes a first mounting surface located on a first side of the first pipe clamp member, and a second mounting surface located on a second side, opposite the first side, of the first pipe clamp member, and the second pipe clamp member includes a mounting surface facing the first pipe clamp member, and the mounting surface of the second pipe clamp member and the second mounting surface of the first pipe clamp member are used for clamping a pipe between the mounting surface of the second pipe clamp member and the second mounting surface of the first pipe clamp member. By using the pipe clamp assembly and the heat exchanger, the risk of the inlet pipe and outlet pipe being scrapped due to puncturing from spot-welding and the risk of later failure due to damage to the inlet pipe and outlet pipe from spot-welding are both avoided, and the pipe clamp assembly and heat exchanger are simple to mount and easy to implement.

Abstract: Disclosed in the present invention are a manifold assembly and a heat exchanger. The manifold assembly includes a manifold and a connecting tube assembly. The connecting tube assembly includes an adapter and a steering member. The adapter includes: a tubular part located outside the manifold; and a step part protruding inward from the inner surface of the tubular part at the end portion of the tubular part facing the manifold. The steering member includes: an end wall, a connecting wall extending from the end wall along a direction intersecting the axial direction of the manifold, and a step part protruding outward from the connecting wall at the end portion of the connecting wall away from the end wall. The steering member is inserted into a through hole of the manifold by means of an inner hole of the adapter; the side of the step part of the steering member facing the end wall abuts against the step part of the adapter; and the part of the connecting wall inserted into the manifold is provided with openings that penetrate through the connecting wall. According to the manifold assembly of the present invention, direct impact of a fluid from an inlet on a flat tube is avoided, and the manufacturing and assembly processes are simple and the costs are low.
