In this way, the water drainage performance of the heat exchanger is improved, and the problem of water being blown from the heat exchanger is solved.

    Abstract: A heat exchanger including: a collecting pipe that has a collecting pipe wall; and a plurality of flat pipes. The plurality of flat pipes include two groups of first flat pipes, which are positioned on the outermost side in an axial direction of the collecting pipe, and a second flat pipe, which is positioned between the two groups of first flat pipes; and the collecting pipe includes two first parts, which correspond to the two groups of first flat pipes in the axial direction of the collecting pipe, and a second part, which is positioned between the two first parts. The tensile strength of at least one group of first flat pipes from the two groups of first flat pipes in the axial direction of the collecting pipe is greater than the tensile strength of the second flat pipe in the axial direction of the collecting pipe and/or the tensile strength of at least one first part from the two first parts of the collecting pipe in the axial direction of the collecting pipe is greater than the tensile strength of the second part of the collecting pipe in the axial direction of the collecting pipe. By means of the heat exchanger in the present invention, the bursting strength of the heat exchanger can be improved.

    Abstract: Disclosed in the present invention are a manifold assembly and a heat exchanger. The manifold assembly includes a manifold and a connecting tube assembly. The connecting tube assembly includes an adapter and a steering member. The adapter includes: a tubular part located outside the manifold; and a step part protruding inward from the inner surface of the tubular part at the end portion of the tubular part facing the manifold. The steering member includes: an end wall, a connecting wall extending from the end wall along a direction intersecting the axial direction of the manifold, and a step part protruding outward from the connecting wall at the end portion of the connecting wall away from the end wall. The steering member is inserted into a through hole of the manifold by means of an inner hole of the adapter; the side of the step part of the steering member facing the end wall abuts against the step part of the adapter; and the part of the connecting wall inserted into the manifold is provided with openings that penetrate through the connecting wall. According to the manifold assembly of the present invention, direct impact of a fluid from an inlet on a flat tube is avoided, and the manufacturing and assembly processes are simple and the costs are low.

    Abstract: A heat exchange assembly and an air conditioning system having the same. The heat exchange assembly includes a heat exchanger and a water guide device. The heat exchanger includes a first heat exchanger core and a second heat exchanger core. The heat exchange assembly and the air conditioning system according to the present disclosure reduce the risk of the condensed water being blown out of the heat exchanger core with a higher lower edge.

    Abstract: A heat exchanger and an air conditioning system having the same are disclosed. The heat exchanger includes a manifold extending in a first direction, the manifold having a first opening penetrating the pipe wall of the manifold; a tubular member arranged side by side with the manifold, the tubular member having a second opening penetrating the pipe wall of the tubular member; and a connecting pipe assembly, wherein the connecting pipe assembly includes a connecting pipe, the connecting pipe extending in a second direction that intersects with the first direction and being provided with a first end portion and a second end portion which are opposite each other; and a first flange portion and a second flange portion which extend radially outward from the first end portion and the second end portion, respectively. The surface of the first flange portion that faces the manifold is connected to the outer surface of the pipe wall of the manifold, and the surface of the second flange portion that faces the tubular member is connected to the outer surface of the pipe wall of the tubular member, so that the manifold and the tubular member are in fluid communication by means of the first opening, the connecting pipe, and the second opening. Therefore, the quality of the heat exchanger is improved, and the process difficulty is reduced.
