    Abstract: An optical module for a luminous keyboard includes a mask film having a mask pattern, a patterned layer disposed on the mask film, and a light guide sheet disposed on one side of the mask film. The mask pattern defines a plurality of light-transparent regions respectively corresponding to a plurality of keyswitches of the luminous keyboard. The patterned layer has a light transmittance larger than that of the mask pattern. The light guide sheet has a light-exit edge, and a vertical projection of the light-exit edge of the light guide sheet on the mask film at least partially falls within an outer light-transparent region of the plurality of light-transparent regions. The patterned layer is at least partially located in the outer light-transparent region and adjacent to a region boundary of the outer light-transparent region.

    Abstract: A backlight apparatus used in an illuminated keyboard includes a light-guiding plate, a circuit board and a plurality of light-emitting devices all electrically bonded on the circuit board. The light-guiding plate has a plurality of through holes which each corresponds to one of the light-emitting devices. The circuit board is disposed on a back face of the light-guiding plate such that each light-emitting device is disposed within the corresponding through hole, and that a light-emitting side face of each light-emitting device faces a light incident surface of the corresponding through hole. A specific through hole of the through holes has an optical adjustment surface on the light incident surface thereof, and the optical adjustment surface has a curved surface central axis coaxial with a central optical axis of the corresponding light-emitting device.

    Abstract: A backlit-module-embedded illuminated keyswitch structure includes a baseplate, a mask film disposed below the baseplate and having a first coating for substantially reflecting a light and a second coating for substantially blocking the light, a light guide sheet at one side of the mask film and having a light source hole, and a reflective layer at one side of the light guide sheet opposite to the mask film. The second coating includes a second main coating region and a plurality of second coating sub-regions, which extends outward from the second main coating region and is arranged along the periphery of the second main coating region to form a plurality of intermediary regions therebetween. The first coating and the second coating are disposed right above the light source hole. The first coating is at least partially located in the intermediary regions.

    Abstract: A backlight module applicable to a key module is provided, the key module includes a plurality of key units and a baseplate, and the plurality of key units are disposed on the baseplate.     Abstract: A luminous keyboard and an optical module thereof are provided. The optical module includes a light guide sheet, a reflective film on one side of the light guide sheet, and an optical film on another side of the light guide sheet opposite to the reflective film. The optical film has a mask pattern. The mask pattern defines a light-transparent region, a light-shielding region, and a light modulation region extending from the light-shielding region to the light-transparent region. The light-transparent region allows light to pass therethrough. The light-shielding region blocks light. The light modulation region partially allows light to pass therethrough and partially blocks light, so that an average light-transmitting rate per unit area of the light modulation region is smaller than that of the light-transparent region and larger than that of the light-shielding region.
