Abstract: This present invention discloses a polymer/potassium permanganate composite film obtainable by a process comprising the steps of using silane coupling agent for surface treatment of potassium permanganate, mixing 0.15-0.75 g of modified potassium permanganate with 10-20 g of polymers together to obtain a mixture, and coating the mixture to obtain a composite film. The composite film can absorb ethylene generated by fruit, thus extending fruit ripening time, keeping fruit fresh. It can be widely used as food packaging materials. The composite film also has a good oxygen barrier property and has a good efficiency to remove bacteria. Therefore it can be widely used in the pharmaceutical industry. The preparation method is scientifically sound, simple, and has high level of operability, thus making it possible for batch preparation.

Abstract: This present invention discloses a modified thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) rolling film and relates to a preparation method thereof. The modified thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) rolling film comprises: 100 parts by weight of TPU resin, 3 to 8 parts by weight of Thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) resin, 5 to 10 parts by weight of Thermo Plastic Silicone Vulcanizate (TPSiV) resin, 5 to 15 parts by weight of TPU color masterbatch, 0.5 to 1.5 parts by weight of antioxidant, 0.5 to 1.5 parts by weight of light stabilizer, 10 to 15 parts by weight of flame retardant, and 0.03 to 0.1 parts by weight of compound lubricant. This kind of rolling film has a uniform thickness and high surface gloss, and is yellowing resistant, abrasion resistant, flame retardant, and low-temperature resistant.

Abstract: This present invention discloses a halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin foam composite, which is comprises: 80-125 parts by weight of ethylene/vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), 8-13 parts by weight of high density polyethylene (HDPE) or low density polyethylene (LDPE), 15-25 parts by weight of polyolefin elastomer (POE), 60-77 parts by weight of acid source material, 17-22 parts by weight of carbon source material, 8-11 parts by weight of gas source material, 1-8 parts by weight of retardant synergist, 5.5-8 parts by weight of composite foaming agent, 0.7-1.0 parts by weight of crosslinking agent, 4.0-5.5 parts by weight of plasticizer, 0.5-1.6 parts by weight of surface treatment agent, 20-35 parts by weight of compatibility, 6-14 parts by weight of inorganic filler, and 1.6-4.6 parts by weight of additive. This halogen-free flame retardant polyolefin foam composite has the advantages of good softness, flexibility, impact resistance, low density, low compressibility and deformability, good shock absorbability, and so on.

Abstract: A method for in-situ generation of nanoflower-like manganese dioxide catalyst on filter material is provided. The method comprises: immersing a filter material in a solution containing sodium lauryl sulfate and nitric acid; first modifying the surface of the filter material by using the sodium lauryl sulfate so that a charge layer is wound around the surface of the filter material and tightly absorbs H+ in an acid solution; and then adding potassium permanganate as an oxidant to react with H30 on the surface of the filter material to generate nano flower-like manganese dioxide in situ on the surface of the filter material, so as to obtain a composite filter material having a denitration function.

Abstract: Disclosed is a preparation method for corncob-shaped HNT-PANI/PP, specifically comprising: polymerizing aniline in situ on cleaned HNTs in an ice-water bath; mixing corncob-shaped HNT-PANI composite powder obtained by vacuum drying and PP plastic in a high-speed mixer in a certain ratio, performing extrusion granulation by using a twin-screw extruder, and performing injection molding by using an injection molding machine to prepare standard sample strips of an HNT-PANI/PP composite material. The corncob-shaped HNT-PANI composite material prepared according to the present invention has excellent electrical conductivity, thermal conductivity and flame retardance, the mechanical properties of the composite material can be improved, electrical and flame-retardant properties of PP engineering materials can be improved, and thus the application field of PP is greatly broadened.
