Abstract: Apparatuses, storage media and methods associated with computer assisted driving (CAD), are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, an apparatus includes an autopilot engine to automatically pilot the vehicle out of a potential emergency situation, including to automatically pilot the vehicle for a period of time in view of a plurality of operational guardrails determined in real time for each of a plurality of timing windows; and a mitigation unit to conditionally activate the autopilot engine, including to activate the autopilot engine in response to analysis results indicative of the vehicle being potentially operated into the emergency situation manually. Other embodiments are also described and claimed.

Abstract: Systems, apparatuses and methods may provide for encryption based technology. Data may be encrypted locally with a graphics processor with encryption engines. The graphics processor components may be verified with a root-of-trust and based on collection of claims. The graphics processor may further be able to modify encrypted data from a non-pageable format to a pageable format. The graphics processor may further process data associated with a virtual machine based on a key that is known by the virtual machine and the graphics processor.

Abstract: Apparatuses, storage media and methods associated with cognitive robot systems, such as ADAS for CAD vehicles, are disclosed herein. In some embodiments, an apparatus includes emotional circuitry to receive stimuli for a robot integrally having the robotic system, process the received stimuli to identify potential adversities, and output information describing the identified potential adversities; and thinking circuitry to receive the information describing the identified potential adversities, process the received information describing the identified potential adversities to determine respective fear levels for the identified potential adversities in view of a current context of the robot, and generate commands to the robot to respond to the identified potential adversities, based at least in part on the determined fear levels for the identified potential adversities. Other embodiments are also described and claimed.
