Abstract: Various systems and methods for implementing end-to-end quality of service (QoS) for network communications are provided using various network and compute technologies. In an example, managing Quality of Service (QoS) for end-to-end network data flows, includes: identifying QoS characteristics for data flows of a user equipment (UE), for data flows performed via multiple access networks; mapping the QoS characteristics to network functions of at least one of the multiple access networks; and controlling the network functions of the at least one of the multiple access networks, based on the QoS characteristics, as the network functions are implemented at respective resources located within at least one of the multiple access networks. Further examples for controlling the network functions using Access Traffic Steering, Switching and Splitting (ATSSS) functionality in an 3GPP multi-access network, and configuring a network exposure function of an 3GPP multi-access network, are also disclosed.

Abstract: Systems and techniques for location management are described herein. In an example, a system may include at least one processor and at least one memory with instructions stored thereon that when executed by the processor, cause the processor to obtain data originating from one or more sensors proximate to the location. A trained activity-based detection model may identify an activity at the location and perform a determination of a service to be offered at the location based on the detected activity. The system may then send a message to a user offering the service to the user, and in response to receiving an authorization accepting the service from the user, cause the service to be implemented at the location, which may include classifying the service as a service type, matching the service type to a service provider, and sending a notification to the service provider.

Abstract: The disclosed embodiments generally relate to methods, systems and apparatuses for directing Autonomous Driving (AD) vehicles. In one embodiment, an upcoming condition is assessed to determine the computational needs for addressing the condition. A performance value and latency requirement value are assigned to the upcoming condition. A database of available nodes in the network is then accessed to select an optimal node to conduct the required computation. The database may be configured to maintain real time information concerning performance and latency values for all available network nodes. In certain embodiments, all nodes are synchronized to maintain substantially the same database.
