Abstract:
Disclosed is a method for producing a patterned calcined inorganic film such as an electroconducting or insulating (non-conductive) film, particularly a plasma display panel, embracing a calcining step. To produce a patterned calcined inorganic film without inducing warpage, shrinkage of line width, or breakage of patterned lines, a patterned film formed on a substrate with a composition containing a heat decomposable binder and particles of an inorganic material is covered, prior to the calcining step, with a coating film of a heat decomposable resin composition capable of hardening or drying at a temperature lower than the temperature at which the heat decomposable binder is thermally decomposed and further capable of being burned off below the highest temperature of the calcining profile and thereafter the calcining step is performed.
Abstract:
Disclosed are a photosensitive composition which is developable with an aqueous alkaline solution and such calcined patterns as a conductor pattern, a vitreous dielectric pattern, and a fluorescent pattern which are obtained by the use of the photosensitive composition. The photosensitive composition comprises (A) a carboxyl group-containing photosensitive polymer obtained by the reaction of a copolymer of (a) an unsaturated double bond-containing acid anhydride and (b) an unsaturated double bond-containing compound with (c) a compound containing a hydroxyl group and an unsaturated double bond, (B) a diluent, (C) a photopolymerization initiator, (D) an inorganic powder, and (E) a stabilizer. The composition may be in the form of paste or in the form of a dry film. When the photosensitive composition is in the form of paste, the paste is applied to a substrate and then dried to form a film. When the photosensitive composition is in the form of a dry film, the film is laminated on the substrate. A calcined pattern of high fineness is obtained by patterning the superposed layer of the composition by selective exposure to light and development, and thereafter calcining the patterned film.
Abstract:
An electrical junction box has a casing for housing a circuit board on which electrically conductive paths are formed. Fuse-receiving sections in an upper wall of the casing are adapted to receive a mating member. Receiving ribs inward from an inside of a side wall of the casing at a position below the fuse-receiving sections to receive water that enters the casing from the fuse-receiving sections, guide ribs project inward from an inside of the side wall provided with the receiving ribs and extend from end edges of the receiving ribs to guide the water that is received on the receiving ribs to a bottom wall of the casing. A bottom wall of the casing defines drain holes.
Abstract:
A circuit-constituting unit forming a distribution circuit or the like in a vehicle. The circuit-constituting unit includes a plurality of bus bars for constituting a power circuit; a semiconductor switching device provided in the power circuit; and a control circuit board. The bus bars are bonded to a surface of the control circuit board such that the bus bars are arranged to be generally coplanar with each other. The semiconductor switching device is mounted on both of the corresponding bus bars and the control circuit board. An opening may be formed through the control circuit board. In this case, one of terminals of the semiconductor switching device may be connected to a surface of the control circuit board facing away from the surface to which the bus bars are bonded. The other terminals may be connected respectively to the bus bar through the opening.
Abstract:
A control circuit board has an end portion formed with a cut that is opened sideways. The cut is coated with a conductor layer. Upon connecting the control circuit board to a conductor such as a bus bar, solder is supplied so as to bridge the conductor layer and the bus bar in a state that the conductor layer is laid on the bus bar.

The composition comprises, in the first fundamental mode thereof, (A) electrically conductive black fine particles having a specific surface area of more than 20 m2/g,(B) anorganic binder, (C) a photopolymerizable monomer, and (D) a photopolymerization initiator, and in the second mode further comprises (E) inorganic fine particles besides the above components. The lower layer (black layer) electrode circuit of bus electrodes (4a, 4b) of the PDP is formed by applying such a photo-curable, electrically conductive composition on transparent electrodes (3a, 3b) of a front glass substrate (1), exposing the applied layer to light according to a predetermined pattern, and subjecting the layer to development and calcination.
