Abstract: A motor controller and a production method thereof are provided to be capable of lowering the stress applied to joint parts of terminals and a board as much as possible, even if a thermal load or external force is applied to the connector, and in addition, capable of achieving a sufficient coupling strength when arranged in proximity to the electric motor. In the motor controller, there are provided: a first securing section (56a) and a second securing section (56b) configured to secure a connector (50) to the case (20) at an outer circumference of a connector housing (53) of the connector (50); and a positioning section (58) configured to position the connector (50) to the case (20), when the connector (50) is inserted into the connector receiving depression section (22a).

The connector terminal (56) is held by a connector housing (55). Abstract: To provide an electric driving device and an electric power steering device with a smaller area of power supply wiring in a circuit board and higher reliability of the circuit board. An electric driving device includes a motor and an electronic control unit that controls rotation of the motor. The electronic control unit includes a first circuit board, a second circuit board, a power supply wiring module, and a heat sink. The first circuit board is provided with a transistor that outputs an electric current to excite a motor coil. The second circuit board includes a control circuit that controls an electric current supplied to the transistor. The power supply wiring module is configured by molding, with resin, a choke coil for noise removal, a capacitor, and wiring that supplies electric power to at least one of the first circuit board and the second circuit board. The heat sink is sandwiched between the power supply wiring module and the second circuit board.

Abstract: An electric drive device and an electric power steering device that reduce temperature increase of a magnetic sensor are provided. The electric drive device includes: an electric motor; an electronic control device including a magnet at an anti-load side end of a shaft to control drive of the electric motor, and a circuit board on the anti-load side of the shaft on an extended line in an axial direction of the shaft; first coil wiring connecting the first coil groups of the electric motor to the circuit board; and second coil wiring connecting the second coil groups of the electric motor to the circuit board. Each of the first and second coil wiring includes a first portion projecting in a direction intersecting the axial direction of the shaft to the outside of the housing, and a second portion projecting outside the housing from the first portion toward the circuit board.
