Abstract: Provided are an image capturing device having an image capturing unit which captures an image, a storage unit which stores the captured image, a wireless communication unit which communicates with a wireless communication terminal via a wireless line, and a detection unit which detects a predetermined condition. Further, the image capturing device has a control unit which restricts access from a wireless communication terminal while maintaining communication between the wireless communication unit and the wireless communication terminal when the detection unit detects the predetermined condition.

Abstract: In a scanner system comprising a portable terminal and a scanner device, the scanner device has a mounting portion on which the portable terminal is mounted and electrically connected to the scanner device. The scanner device acquires identification information of the portable terminal when the scanner device detects mounting of the portable terminal on the mounting portion, and transmits a connection request to the portable terminal having the identification information. The portable terminal activates an application for establishing communication with the scanner device in response to the connection request from the scanner device when the mounting of the portable terminal on the mounting portion is detected. Thus, the communication between the portable terminal and the scanner device can be established without operation of a user.

Abstract: In a scanner system comprising a portable terminal and a scanner device, the scanner device has a mounting portion on which the portable terminal is mounted and electrically connected to the scanner device.
