    Abstract: An output stabilization circuit includes: a primary-side circuit including first and second self-excited oscillator circuits connected to a direct-current power supply; and a secondary-side circuit, wherein the first and second self-excited oscillator circuits include power transmission coils, resonant capacitors, switching element pairs, and feedback coils, the second self-excited oscillator circuit further includes a phase shift filter, the phase shift filter includes a primary-side control coil that is magnetically coupled to a secondary-side control coil included in the secondary-side circuit and that has a characteristic that an inductance changes depending on a current flowing through the secondary-side control coil.

    Abstract: A transformer includes: an upper E core; a lower E core; a first coil portion disposed so as to cover a magnetic leg of the upper E core and a magnetic leg of the lower E core; and a second coil portion disposed so as to cover the periphery of the first coil portion in a direction perpendicular to the central axis of winding of the first coil portion. The first coil portion includes a bobbin and an edgewise coil wound around the bobbin. The second coil portion includes a bobbin and an edgewise coil wound around the bobbin.

    Abstract: A phase adjusting circuit is provided that can highly precisely adjust frequencies throughout the entire frequency range to be dealt with. A PLL circuit includes: a reference-signal input terminal from which a reference signal is input; a feedback-signal input terminal from which a feedback signal is input; and an output terminal from which an output signal based on a phase difference between the reference signal and the feedback signal is output. A filter circuit is connected to the reference-signal input terminal and the output terminal, and causes a phase of the reference signal to be delayed when the oscillation frequency of an inverter circuit including the PLL circuit falls in a high range. A delay circuit is connected to the output terminal, and causes the output signal to be delayed when the oscillation frequency of the inverter circuit falls in a low range lower than the high range.

    Abstract: A coil component includes an edgewise coil and a bobbin around which the edgewise coil is wound. The bobbin includes a tubular bobbin body, and plural position-limiting protruding portions arranged in plural portions on the outer peripheral surface of the bobbin body and limit the position of each winding portion of the edgewise coil in the axial direction of the bobbin body. The plural position-limiting protruding portions include first and second position-limiting protruding portions, which are disposed at different positions in the axial direction of the bobbin body. The edgewise coil includes a first winding portion that is in pressure contact with the first position-limiting protruding portion toward the second position-limiting protruding portion, and a second winding portion that is in pressure contact with the second position-limiting protruding portion toward the first position-limiting protruding portion.

    Abstract: A method is provided for manufacturing a transformer. The method includes preparing a core, a first coil portion that covers at least part of the core, and a second coil portion that covers a periphery of the first coil portion perpendicular to a central axis of winding of the first coil portion. The first and second coil portions each include a bobbin and a coil wound therearound. The coil of the first or second coil portion is an edgewise coil. The method also includes: screwing the bobbin and coil of the first coil portion with each other, and screwing the bobbin and coil of the second coil portion with each other; and attaching the second coil portion to the outside of the first coil portion perpendicular to the central axis of winding of the first coil portion, and attaching the core to sandwich the first and second coil portions in an axial direction of the first coil portion.

    Abstract: A power supply system is provided that can synchronize a primary circuit and a secondary circuit with high accuracy and are advantageous in downsizing and simplification. The system includes a first circuit including: a battery device; transistor elements to which a voltage is supplied; coil units to which a feeding current is supplied in an on state of the transistor elements; a capacitor that changes a flow direction of the feeding current; and a driving coil that turns on/off the transistor elements, and a second circuit including: coil units and a driving coil in which induced electromotive force is generated; transistor elements that are turned on/off by the induced electromotive force; and a battery device that receives supply of power in an on state of the transistor elements.
