Abstract: An effective technique is applied to a rectifier circuit that performs synchronous rectification using a switching element. The rectifier circuit performs the synchronous rectification using a MOSFET, for example, as the switching element. By using the rectifier circuit, a capacitance of a capacitor for supplying power to a drive circuit can be reduced. As a result, downsizing and cost reduction of the rectifier circuit and the power supply using the rectifier circuit can be achieved.

Abstract: A circuit includes a switching signal generator and synchronization circuitry configured to determine a first time of a switching period based on a switching signal. The circuit further includes a comparison signal generator configured to generate a comparison signal with a first constant rate of change after the first time. The synchronization circuitry is further configured to determine a second time of the switching period based on when current at the inductive element changes from a positive current to a negative current. The comparison signal generator is further configured to generate the comparison signal with a second constant rate of change after the second time. The circuit further includes a threshold detector configured to compare a value of the comparison signal at the end of a target switching period with a threshold value.

Abstract: An electronic circuit unit includes a trigger circuit and a circuit module. The trigger circuit includes a semiconductor switching element configured to output a switching pulse signal in response to an external trigger signal, a load resistor for the semiconductor switching element, a one-shot pulse circuit configured to convert the switching pulse signal into a one-shot pulse with a predetermined pulse width, and a forcible-reset circuit connected to an input side of the semiconductor switching element. The one-shot pulse circuit includes a coupling capacitor connected to an input side of the semiconductor switching element and a charging resistor for the coupling capacitor. The pulse width of the one-shot pulse is determined by a time constant of the coupling capacitor and the charging resistor. The forcible-reset circuit is configured to temporarily input an on-voltage to the semiconductor switching element so as to forcibly switch the circuit module to the operating mode.

Abstract: A switch mode power supply circuit with high voltage output, an electrostatic spray apparatus and agricultural plant protection apparatus using the same are provided. The switch mode power supply circuit is electrically connected in series with at least a pre-stage power converter and a post-stage power converter. In order to simplify the control, the switch of the pre-stage power converter is omitted, only one switch of the post-stage power converter is adopted to perform synchronous control. Since the multiple sets of power conversion circuits in the previous stage are connected in series, the turn ratio of the transformer in the power converter in the subsequent stage can be reduced. Therefore, the transformer can be miniaturized and the power supply circuit would be more suitable for agricultural plant protection machine and electrostatic spray apparatus.
