Abstract:
In order to reduce electromagnetic inductive interference due to power source current, in a multi-layer printed board on which a multiplicity of high-speed and high-frequency circuit elements are mounted, a multi-layer printed board has a construction such that on both upper and lower sides of a power source layer 1 provided with power source wiring 6, are laminated ground layers 2 via respective first insulating material layers 4, and on one or both of the upper and lower sides of these is laminated a signal layer 3 provided with signal wiring, via a second insulating material layer 5.
Abstract:
A laminate printed circuit board loaded with transistors, ICs (Integrated Circuits) or LSIs (Large Scale Integrated Circuits) and a method of producing the same are disclosed. The circuit board includes a signal layer, a ground layer and a power supply layer sequentially laminated with the intermediary of insulation layers. An impedance adding circuit is formed in the power supply layer. A magnetic layer is positioned at least above or at least blow the impedance adding circuit. The circuit board with this configuration reduces power supply noise to a noticeable degree.
Abstract:
A printed board has at least two conductor layers including a power supply layer and a ground layer, and a spiral coil inductor disposed in opposite ones of the conductor layers. The spiral coil inductor has a terminal connected to a power supply line of the power supply layer, and another terminal connected to a device power terminal disposed on one of the conductor layers and to be connected to a power supply terminal of a circuit device and a terminal of a decoupling capacitor. A device ground terminal is disposed on one of the conductor layers and to be connected to a ground terminal of the circuit device and another terminal of the decoupling capacitor, the device ground terminal being connected to a ground line of the ground layer.
Abstract:
An insulative magnetic layer is disposed between a power source conductor layer and a ground conductor layer of a printed-wiring board. Two pieces of conductors are formed by cutting out a part of the power source conductor layer. Another two pieces of conductors are formed by cutting out a part of the ground conductor layer. The former conductors and the latter conductors are connected by five viaholes. A spiral coil inductor of a spiral form is formed in this way. This inductor has the strengthened inductance owing to the insulative magnetic layer provided therein.

A digital signal recording and reproducing apparatus for recording an input digital signal on a recording medium to reproduce it therefrom, comprising first means for recording the same identification code as an identification number particular to the digital signal recording and reproducing apparatus when the input digital signal has a specified sampling frequency at the time of recording, and second means for reproducing the recorded identification code at the time of reproduction, thus permitting the digital signal recorded on the recording medium to be reproduced only when the reproduced identification code is coincident with the identification number particular to the apparatus.

A mixed flow turbine includes a hub attached to a rotation axis and a plurality of rotor blades. Each of the plurality of rotor blades is attached to the hub in a radial direction, and the hub is rotated based on fluid supplied to a rotation region of the plurality of rotor blades. Each of the plurality of rotor blades has a curved shape that convexly swells on a supply side of the fluid.
Abstract:
In a semiconductor integrated circuit, a ground plane conductor 3 is formed in a substrate 9 to oppose to a conducting line 2 formed on the substrate, so as to form a microstrip line. A decoupling capacitor 1 is provided on the substrate 9 and is electrically connected between the conducting line 2 and the ground plane conductor 3 so as to bypass a high frequency current component flowing through the conducting line to the ground plane conductor. Thus, the impedance of the conducting line 2 is stabilized, and a path of a feedback current of a high frequency current component flowing through the conducting line 2 is ensured by the ground plane conductor 3, so that a current loop is minimized, resulting in minimized electromagnetic noises radiated from the current loop.

A process for producing a tubular rubber product such as a rubber hose and a rubber coupling in which a polyamide resin and/or polyester resin layer is formed to the main body of a tubular rubber product. The resin layer is formed either by coating an organic solvent-soluble nylon to the surface of the main body of the tubular rubber product applied with the surface treatment of a halogenoid compound, or by polyamide resin or polyester resin film having a softening point in the vulcanization temperature region and treated with an adhesive mainly comprising a resorcine-formaldehyde resin and a rubber latex or treated with an adhesive rubber mainly comprising a resorcine, a formaldehyde-forming substance and a vinylpyridine-butadiene-styrene copolymer rubber and then bonding under vulcanization onto the main body of the non-vulcanized tubular rubber product.
Abstract:
A circuit for reproducing a clock signal from digital signals reproduced from a recording medium makes self-clocking possible. The circuit includes a phase lock loop having a voltage-controlled oscillator that generates an oscillation output at a frequency which is approximately equal to or an integral multiple of the frequency of the clock signal contained in the reproduced signal. A pulse generating device outputs pulses of a fixed amplitude, triggered by the leading or trailing edge of the input signal, to the phase lock loop. An oscillation device outputs pulses having approximately the same period as the clock signal period. The oscillation device is triggered by the leading or trailing edge of the input signal. A selecting device gates the output pulses of the oscillation device to the phase lock loop. The selecting device interpolates the output pulse spacing of the pulse generating device and the output pulses of the oscillation device so that a clock signal output is obtained from the phase lock loop.
