Abstract: An electrical element is revealed. At least one receiving hole disposes on an insulating body. A conductive layer disposes on surfaces of the receiving hole. At least one soldering body mounts in the receiving hole correspondingly and contacts with the conductive layer. Part of the soldering body exposes outside a surface of the insulating body to form a soldering part. The electrical element is further arranged with at least one conductive terminal mounted in the corresponding receiving hole movably and slantingly, the conductive terminal contacts with the conductive layer. Each conductive terminal includes a head part exposed outside the surface of the insulating body for being pressed and contacted. By electrical connection of the conductive layer, the assembly between the soldering body and the terminal is replaced and errors of the assembly between the soldering body and the terminal are eliminated. Therefore, the soldering quality is improved greatly.

Abstract: An electrical connector includes an insulating body, a plurality of terminals, a plurality of shielding layers, and a plurality of insulating layers. The insulating body has a plurality of terminal-receiving holes. The shielding layers are mounted on the terminal-receiving holes. The insulating layers are mounted on the shielding layers, and the terminals are disposed in the terminal-receiving holes. Thereby, the insulating layers prevent EMI between terminals and ensure the terminals do not contact the shielding layers.

Abstract: An electrical connector includes an insulating body, a plurality of terminal units, a plurality of insulating lump units, and a plurality of shielding units. The insulating body has a plurality of receiving holes arranged thereon. Each of the insulating lump units has a terminal fixing slot for mounting the corresponding terminal unit there-through. Each of the shielding units is respectively disposed on the periphery of the corresponding insulating lump unit without contacting the terminal unit mounted thereon. The terminals are disposed in the receiving holes of the insulating body. The insulating lump units can prevent shorting between the terminals and the shielding units, while the shielding units can enhance the anti-EMI capability of the instant connector.

Abstract: A conductive component capable of electrically connecting two objects is proposed. The conductive element includes an elastic body that is provided with at least two conductive particles therein. When the conductive component is pressed, a portion of the conductive particles protrudes from the elastic body, thereby forming an electrical connection with external electrical components. In comparison with the prior art, due to the elasticity of the elastic body of the present invention, the conductive component has better elasticity. The conductive particles in the elastic body can protrude from the through holes of the elastic body to connect electrically with the external electrical components. The conductive component of the present invention can assure the efficient electrical connection between the opposing electrical components. The present invention further provides an electrical connector and a chip module that also have the above-mentioned effect.
