    Abstract: A pressing mechanism for miscellaneous packs dispensing fluidic products comprising a capsular body in which a hollow actuator stem is slidably mounted to perform downward and upward movements with the outflow and backflow provided by a bellows with an elastic memory. An upper end of the bellows is coupled to a corresponding part of the actuator stem by a locking ring, and is also coupled to a button/nozzle, while the lower end of the bellows is supported on the capsular body. The actuator stem is slidably guided by an annular cap, below which the lower end of the actuator stem is coupled to a piston and a first check valve, which, together with a second check valve, allows the actuation of the actuator stem.

    Abstract: A biasing member for use in reciprocating dispenser pumps is contemplated. The member is made completely of polymeric materials and is suitable as a direct replacement for metallic coil springs. The biasing member includes spiral shape defined by inner and outer helix traces, with a series of perforations provided along one or both of those traces. These perforations, in conjunction with thinned channels, the size and shape of holes, and the size and shape of apertures, all cooperate to allow for a spring with sufficient resilience and greater spring force in comparison conventional, all-polymer biasing members.

    Abstract: A dispensing container for discharging different types of contents includes a first container, a second container, a first pump module coupled to the first container, and a second pump module coupled to the second container. The first container includes an insertion space and a first interior space separated from the insertion space by a partition wall. The second container is inserted into the insertion space and includes a second interior space. The first pump discharges a first content filled in the first interior space, and the second pump module is inserted into the second interior space when the second container is inserted into the insertion space. The second pump module also discharges a second content filled in the second interior space.

    Abstract: One aspect of the invention provides a pump cap that includes: a cylinder having an interior space into which a content may be drawn; a piston configured to move up and down within the interior space and having an inflow hole formed therein that connects to the interior space; a valve configured to move together with the upward and downward movement of the piston, while maintaining contact with an inner perimeter of the cylinder and an outer perimeter of the piston, so as to be capable of closing the inflow hole; a rod that is coupled to an upper portion of the piston, has an inside connecting with the inside of the piston, and protrudes to the outside of the cylinder; a shoulder coupled to an upper portion of the cylinder; and an elastic member that has one end contacting the shoulder and another end contacting the rod and is configured to provide an elastic force for pushing the rod upward, where the elastic member may include a deformable flexible portion.

    Abstract: The disclosure discloses a dual-spring all-plastic vacuum pump which includes a base and a pressing head. A feeding hole is formed in a bottom of the base, an accommodating cavity is defined by assembly of the pressing head and the base, the feeding hole is in communication with the accommodating cavity, and a limiting cover, a plastic one-way spring, a discharging member and a plastic reset spring are disposed in the accommodating cavity. The limiting cover surrounds the feeding hole, a guide hole in a top of the limiting cover is in communication with an interior of the limiting cover, the plastic one-way spring is clamped between the base and the limiting cover, a fixed end of the plastic one-way spring is in connection and communication with the feeding hole, a stressed end of the plastic one-way spring is in communication with the guide hole, and the fixed end and the stress are opposite. The discharging member is disposed between the pressing head and the limiting cover, the discharging member penetrates through the guide hole and is in communication with the stressed end, and the discharging member is configured to receive materials to the pressing head for output. The plastic reset spring is clamped between the discharging member and the limiting cover. Pressing of the pressing head is configured to push the discharging member to compress the plastic one-way spring. By means of the solution, a metal spring is replaced with a plastic spring, and the problem that an existing pump head is inconvenient to directly recycle is practically solved.
