The housing body is configured to be carried and supported by an operator of the hand held airless fluid dispensing device during operation. The fluid container is supported by the housing body. The reciprocating piston fluid pump is coupled to the housing body and comprises at least two pumping chambers configured to be actuated out of phase by at least one piston. The primary drive element is coupled to the housing body and connected to the reciprocating piston fluid pump to actuate the at least one piston. The spray tip is connected to an outlet of at least one of the pumping chambers.
Abstract:
An airless spray tip comprises a body, a barrel and a needle. The body has an axial fluid passage, and a tip bore extending transversely through the axial fluid passage. The barrel extends into the tip bore and includes a tip passage fluidly connected to the axial fluid passage. The needle is disposed in the axial fluid passage to engage the tip passage. An airless spray tip comprises a barrel, a fluid passage, a spray orifice and a tip seat. The barrel extends in an axial direction. The fluid passage extends through the barrel transverse to the axial direction. The spray orifice is disposed in the fluid passage. The tip seat is disposed in the fluid passage.

Abstract:
Dispensing systems and refill units are disclosed herein. One exemplary refill unit includes a liquid reservoir and a rotary liquid pump having a liquid inlet in fluid communication with the liquid reservoir. The rotary liquid pump includes a housing, wherein at least a portion of the housing is resilient and a rotor that has one or more apexes. During operation, the one or more apexes contact the resilient portion of the housing and deflect the resilient portion of the housing resulting in the movement of a liquid. A mixing chamber having a liquid inlet and an air inlet is also provided. The liquid pump outlet is in fluid communication with the mixing chamber liquid inlet and the air inlet if in fluid communication with an air pump. An outlet nozzle is in fluid communication with the mixing chamber outlet for dispensing foam formed by mixing the liquid and air together.
Abstract:
An application robot, specifically a painting robot, for coating workpieces with a coating medium and an appropriate operating method. The painting robot has multiple movable axes and a spatially positionable end effector. Multiple application devices are attached to the end effector.
Abstract:
This invention provides a means to distribute any fluid-based substance (repellent) in a 360-degree pattern, over a large diameter coverage area, intended to dissuade wildlife, namely deer, from destroying plants, trees, flowers or the like. The invention is a self-sufficient unit which can be placed anywhere without the dependence on electric outlets, running water or solar clearance for purposes of electricity. This invention has a built-in programmable timer which can be set to activate and deactivate the unit for any duration of time while maintaining a weekly schedule and enabling the user to specify the routine that suits them the best. The device dispenses the repellent as often as the user desires per the programmable digital timer in order to protect the plant life within that zone. This unit is discreetly designed with multiple interlocking tubular sections that provide for adjustment in order to reach the height of operation that best suits the items the user wishes to protect from said wildlife.
Abstract:
A connecting rod for coupling to a mating socket or to a coupler that includes a shaft having a longitudinal axis, a first end, and a second end, at least one of the first and second ends of the shaft having a substantially convex end face that is preferably arcuate or hemispherical in shape; and a spline formed on at least one of the first and second ends of the shaft, the spline having at least two projections that extend from the shaft to be substantially parallel to the longitudinal axis of the shaft, the projections contoured to accommodate universal movement of the shaft relative to the socket. The spline projections may be contoured to taper into the convex or hemispherical end face of the shaft.
Abstract:
The invention is a compact, self-contained, portable, electrically powered, knockdown spray application machine/system for spraying liquid material on to surfaces. The spray system comprises a frame with wheels for supporting and transporting the components thereof. The spray system is powered by an electrically activated motor which includes a motor drive shaft disposed about a motor drive shaft axis. Attached to the motor is a gear reducer having a driven end and a drive end wherein the driven end is configured to receive and engage the motor drive shaft. The drive end includes a gear reducer drive shaft that rotates responsive to electrical activation of the motor. Coupled directly to the drive end of the gear reducer is a pump comprising a pump housing. The pump housing is shaped to define a containment chamber for receiving and containing liquid material therein. The pump housing also defines an inlet port for receiving and directing liquid material into the containment chamber. Mounted to the pump housing is a stator, the stator being mounted to the pump housing such that it is in communication with the containment chamber. Within the stator is a rotor disposed for rotation about a pump rotation axis responsive to rotation of the gear reducer drive shaft.
Abstract:
A perfume emitting device for use in an automobile comprises a tank for storing a perfume emitting material and a perfume atomizing unit connected to the tank. The perfume atomizing unit is provided with a nozzle for atomizing the perfume emitting material and an operation member reciprocably mounted in the perfume atomizing unit for mechanically operating this unit, when a door of the automobile is opened, so that the perfume emitting material may be emitted to the inside of the automobile for a predetermined period of time.
