Abstract: A hydraulic circuit includes a prime mover that is configured to generate an oscillating flow of hydraulic fluid, and an actuator that is driven by the prime mover and configured to provide oscillating motion and to be connected to a load in each direction of the motion. The hydraulic circuit also includes a reclamation device that is disposed in the hydraulic circuit between the prime mover and the actuator. The reclamation device captures and stores a portion of hydraulic fluid displaced from the actuator during a transition between opposed motions, where the portion of hydraulic fluid corresponds to an amount of hydraulic fluid equal to a volume of fluid required to compensate for compression of fluid within the hydraulic circuit due to system pressure and load pressure. The stored fluid is used by the circuit in a subsequent motion.

Abstract: A hydraulic system for a working machine includes a hydraulic actuator having a first fluid chamber and a second fluid chamber, an accumulator, an outputting fluid tube to output an operation fluid, and a switching valve to be switched between a first position and a second position. The first position allows the first fluid chamber and the second fluid chamber to be communicated with the outputting fluid tube and thereby allowing a floating operation. The second position allows the first fluid chamber and the accumulator to be communicated with each other, allows the second fluid chamber and the outputting fluid tube to be communicated with each other, and thereby allows an anti-vibration operation.

Abstract: A fluid accumulator includes a tank, a piston, and a valve. The piston is movably disposed within the tank and divides the tank volume into a first fluid volume and a second fluid volume. The valve is coupled to the tank and includes a valve body, a valve element, a valve spring, a piston contact element, and a load limiter spring. The valve element is disposed within the valve body and is movable between an open position and a closed position. The valve spring has a first spring constant and supplies a force to the valve element that urges the valve element toward the open position. The piston contact element is spaced apart from, and is movable relative to, the valve element. The load limiter spring engages the valve element and the piston contact element, and has a second spring constant that is greater than the first spring constant.

Abstract: A hydraulic control system HCS for controlling a variable ratio transmission of a power generating system. A hydraulic motor/pump unit 140 is operably connected to a superposition gear, and is connected to a hydraulic circuit that comprises an orifice 28 and/or a relief valve 29 that opens at a predetermined hydraulic pressure. The hydraulic circuit switches between a variable low-speed operating mode and a torque limiting high-speed operating mode. In the torque limiting high-speed operating mode the hydraulic motor/pump unit 140 is driven by the superposition gear and drives hydraulic fluid through the orifice 28 and/or relief valve 29 to provide a passive torque limiting function. Abstract: An outer gas type or inner gas type accumulator has a mechanism for reducing a pressure difference generated when liquid in a liquid chamber and gas expand thermally at a zero-down time, the pressure difference between the inside and outside of a bellows is reduced to suppress abnormal deformation of the bellows, a movable plate supported by a spring is provided at the bellows cap side of an oil port, the movable plate is supported by the spring and away from a seal in normal operation, the movable plate is pushed by the bellows cap and contacts with the seal while elastically deforming the spring, in a zero-down state, and when the liquid and the gas expand thermally in the zero-down state, the bellows cap moves to a position where the liquid pressure and the gas pressure balance, while the movable plate keeps contact with the seal.
